We also got onion rings and fries. I was extremely happy with the single burger (made exactly the way it comes) and the onion rings were amazing. My only suggestion would be to get decent ranch for dipping. Their ranch sauce was not the vibe at all and everyone who love ranch like me, KNOWS it can make or break a meal. Their ranch sauce service was exceptional. Thanks for a great lunch. We will be back to try the dessert- deep fried Oreos and cheesecake bites! YUM!

First impression was lady who both waited on us at the counter and actually cooked out food was pleasant and personable. Second impression was a heavy smell of burning fryolator grease prevailed. However, our fried food was light and golden and tasted fine. Daughter had the small cheeseburger and fried cheese sticks, and I had the Philly Steak sandwich and onion rings. She had a root beer and I had a coke. Food was good but not outstanding. She said her burger was a half-step above something one could get at Wendy's. My Philly was a B- at best. Good but again, nothing outstanding. The real shock was the bill was $48!!! In my opinion, way too expensive for a "burger joint". Will I return? probably not but if I do I better bring my wallet! ;)

My favorite part is you can do flights. I ordered three soup and two slider flight. Soups: tomato basil and lobster bisque. Both were good alone but they mixed well too. The bisque was one of the better ones I've had. I could actually taste the basil in the tomato basil. Sliders: chicken salad and pimento cheese. Both were good, but alone without soup they're just ok. The best part of the sliders is they come on Hawaiian rolls. I would definitely go again since I love soup.

**INITIAL REVIEW** I…read morelike to consider myself, at times, a connoisieur of soups. I love them all, and I don't even mean just the ones most people know of, but ones that are often passed over simply because they are not known. Good example: the savory cold soups that are meant to be cold, not just a hot soup you serve cold because you're lazy to wait a minute for it to warm up in a microwave. I will even go as far as to say that I love chili with beans... and without. Doesn't matter. It is a chucky soup. I like creamy soup. I like chunky soup. I like chunky and creamy soup. I like soup... and kudos to anyone who got the classic Eddie Murphy stand-up comedy joke right there. Anyways, The Soup Shop in, what I will call the part of Melbourne between Suntree and Melbourne Major (where Historic Downtown Melbourne) is located, right near the Eastern Florida State College Melbourne campus, is the original location (that I know of). I have been a couple of times, and every single time, it has been great. As a matter of fact, the Soup Shop answers that question I've asked which is, "What if there was a restauant that served an array of soups I can choose from?" Questioned answered and with flying colors, too. Pertaining to its ambiance, the Soup Shop doesn't exactly stand out compared to some of the decor these new restaurants seem to push as part of their experience. Instead, their decor is simplistic, but they so happen to really promote and push one particular artist as her paintings are all over the walls of the restaurant. As for the soup, I decided to get the flight, which is a sample (flight) size of three soups of your choice. Certain soups do have a specialty upcharge, specifically the bisques, and some can't be made in such because of how they are prepared, specifically the ramen. Despite that, there are a wide array of soup choices to choose from. You now, chunky soup, creamy soup, chunky and creamy soup. And to be serious for a moment, they also have soups that cater to special dietary needs. I saw a whole cooler full of ready-to-warm-up soups for bariatrics. As for the prices, they are not bad all. I think the soup flight was about $12, which is not bad at all for three soups a little bigger than a cup but smaller than a bowl. They also serve other food items such as sandwiches and desserts. My suggestion: the grilled cheese. Definitely pair it with the tomato soup. Ultimately, I am going to give the OG Soup Shop four out of five stars. They were outstanding the two times I went, but I need to try more of their food to see if they are consistent... because most people know that my fifth star is awarded after reviews (unless I've been to a business more than let's say five times) and they are consistent. I truly think The OG Soup Shop will be consistent, but you never know.

We weren't far and got there before the food was finished but that's not their fault, we weren't far just really close and I didn't expect them to have our order ready before we got there. I walked in and the place was really inviting, clean, good vibes, and great service. They were really friendly, told me I can sit anywhere and brought the food to me when ready. The food smelled so good on the way home, and man did it taste great. Again I really didn't expect much, but I have to give it to them, their burger was so delicious I wanted another one. My wife loved her poke bowl and my son ate all of his food, which usually he has trouble doing (picky eater). Anyways we will definitely come back here 5 stars. And sorry no photos, we were really hungry by the time we came home. No time for pics.

I had been wanting to try this place for a long time and so on a Wednesday afternoon I decided to…read moredo just that. The Intracoastal Amber Red Ale is a local IPA and was cold and refreshing ($6.50). My Aloha Burger ($9.50) consisted of a Teriyaki-Marinated Angus Beef Patty, Swiss Cheese, Grilled Pineapple Slice, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Creamy Teriyaki Aioli, all on a Toasted Brioche Bun. The Aloha Burger was marked on the menu as a local favorite and I found it to be very good. Be warned though, this is a pretty messy burger and if you don't abide by the old phrase of "finger licking good", then you might find this sandwich somewhat challenging, ha! My server was polite and efficient. The indoor seating consists of a bar area with 14 seats along an "L" shaped bar along with 4 high top tables. Also along the far wall there's 8 smaller tables. The outdoor covered patio area consists of both 2-person tables and also 4-person tables. There's also a smaller bar with seating for about 10 people. Happy Hour is Monday - Friday, 3-7pm, with $1.00 off wines and mixed drinks, $2.00 off drafts. All Day Specials include $3.00 Landsharks and $5.00 Margaritas. Also on Wednesdays they feature a "Burger & Brew" special - any burger and a craft draft for $8.50 (after 5pm only - much to my dismay). I will be back to try their tacos which look pretty amazing. Stop in and give them a try.
