The restaurant is dirty. Tables are not being bused, restroom was dirty and the food was cold. We will not stop again.

Worst experience with Arby's I always get the French dip and Swiss and I had again at this location we received our order relatively quickly and got back on the interstate only to realize they had forgot the sandwich to my meal....which you think would be the first thing you would put in the bag I called and asked for a refund and said they couldn't do it over the phone so we had to turn around on our road trip when I got inside everyone looked at me confused and the sweet couple next to me ordering couldn't even get their cups for dining in once I got my sandwich there was only a super thin layer of meat overall it was a bad experience and I'm left still hungry when usually that meal fills me up read more

Well. We just left Arby's at noon thought we would have lunch there. NOPE!!! Doors were locked no one could eat inside you had to use drive through. I don't know how they stay in business. Stopped on our way to Kentucky and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the smoked brisket sandwich. First time trying it and it is really good. Curly fries were perfectly cooked & not greasy. My wife ordered the roast beef blt on Hawaiian bread and when she opened the box it looked like it could have been used in an Arby's ad. Two stars for an edible sandwich. When we pulled into this Arby's, we noticed that the Arby's sign was half lit up, the other half out. That was not a good sign. I very much regret not going to the next door "Freddy's" restaurant. When we walked up to the door, there was a sign that said "We will not be serving curly fries or onion rings today. Sorry." We we're very disappointed since we had been looking forward to getting their delicious curly fries. Oh well. When we got in and ordered, we were told that we could not get milkshakes because their machine was broken. Really? I had really wanted a milkshake. I got a roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks tasted very disgusting and old. We used the restroom and the toilet did not flush. My stomach did not feel very good after eating here. It was not very professional that they didn't have curly fries, onion rings, OR milkshakes. Even though Arby's may think that they "have the meats," all people want is the curly fries! They should be stocked up on those fries since most people order them. Take my advice, save your stomach, and don't go here. read more

I was here a couple of weeks ago. We were really impressed with the Super Reuben. They had them in both turkey and corned beef. Reuben is one of my obsessions. We had a long drive ahead of us and decided to start at a pretty shady looking Arby's. Half the sign was out and no one seemed to be in the parking lot or drive thru. We walked in and went to the bathroom where it smelt pretty bad but not awful. None of the toilets worked and there was toilet paper everywhere. We had planned to order our meals with a shake and fries. Only to find out on the door that there was no curly fries or onion rings. Whatever. We then proceeded to order our shakes and we were told that the machine was broke! Why wasn't that on the sign then? My friends admitted that their food wasn't awful at the taste but afterword and I quote "I feel like I wanna throw up" and the mozzarella sticks tasted like "old oil" it honestly wasn't great at all. I've had better fast food other places and would rather go to freddys that was right up the road. Maybe it's because I'm 5 1/2 away but I probably won't be returning even if I'm in the area. So this Arby's is amazing. I was on tour from San Antonio Texas and somehow managed to drop my wallet in the booth. The staff not only didn't rob me but went completely out of their way to ups my wallet back to me complete with tracking number. Normally the food is ok. The roast beef and the turkey sliders are my 5yr olds favorite! Tonight I went thru drive thru for dinner, in addition to the slider for my daughter I also got a classic beef and cheddar and a double roast beef sandwich. I arrived home to find that there was barely any cheese sauce on the beef and cheddar sandwich, and when I opened the wrapper on the double roast beef and there is not even a top bun!!! So the meat just fell out all over the floor when I opened it! There is no way someone wrapped this sandwich and did not realize halo the bread was missing! What a waste of an almost $6 sandwich! Also, this time they have the roast beef cut much thicker than usual and it is gristly! this is not a problem I normally have with Arbus, but this trip was definitely not up to par! I attempted to call the restaurant to speak to someone and nobody bothers answering the phone! I think they successfully ruined Arbys for my family in one trip! The food was ok, but just ok. Curly fries were overdone. But what amazed me was when I wanted to substitute my drink for an item that retailed for LESS the drink, the manager (white, blonde, highlights in her hair) looked at me and said no with quite an attitude .... I soon figured out why. She is just plain mean! (Keep reading) As I am waiting for my food, one of the employees walked up to the manager and said "I'm sorry" for whatever what wrong -- likely something small and fairly insignificant, the Manager responded "sorry doesn't help". And again -- she had an attitude! She needs some people skills training. We were only passing through so we will never go back. It also makes sense why there is no contact information on the receipt - they don't want you to come back or be able to call them. Just another example of a manager who doesn't care. read more

Customer service is lacking at this location. Used the drive thru, the girl was very rude and acted like we were a bother to her. We asked for 3 ranch dipping sauces when we ordered, and when given our bag of food, we asked if we got the 3 dipping sauces. She said, "yes all three of them are in there", shut the window and walked away. We opened the sack and there were 2 buttermilk ranch salad dressings. When questioned, she said, "oh we are out of the dipping sauces." No apology given. Arby's most generally has good customer service. Not the case at this location. read more

I went to look at google reviews and last time I was at this Arby's location I made a review was in sept and there was a dirty blackened piece of hard plastic in my gyro! I nearly chipped a tooth! I was pissed and was almost 15 minutes out of town before I noticed! Friday I went here and I was checking my online banking and my card was swiped TWICE and I paid for apparently another ticket order that was NOT mine! WTF?!??!!? read more

One word, yum! No issues here. My favorite fast food place. They actually get your order right the first time unlike a lot of places around here. They don't seem to mind special requests or people who take a bit to decide what to order. I like that they honor their coupons with no problems. It's clean as well. read more

I have to drive across town to go to Arby's and nothing is more infuriating than driving across town and them telling me they don't open till 10:00, and it's 10:07. The last time I went and received that message I looked at my cell phone and it was 10:14 a.m. I love Arby's product but I can't imagine how much business they lose by not honoring their store hours.
