On another occasion a lady resorted to name calling because there wasn't enough onions on her sandwich (if you're unfamiliar with Subway, you stand there while they prepare your sandwich in front of you, giving you plenty of time to ask them politely to add more onions, rather than not paying attention and complaining about it later). On yet another occasion someone was on their phone the whole time and I can't even begin to list all the problems that caused. Now, that being said, it's not abnormal for the crew to be a bit curt. Most of the time they are very pleasant, but often enough they can be a little ill tempered, most likely because of a previous customer with a poor attitude. I think it's pretty understandable. Don't let it dissuade you from going to this Subway. That aside their food and performance is great and worth the patronage. Just don't be a jackass to them and you shouldn't have any problems.
