If I could give a MINUS zero I would! A to go order that was wrong. Hubby went and ordered in store and brought home. Called in to the store after food got home to me, and was chastised, yelled and screamed at, and told I was in the wrong because THEY messed up??? Then hung up on as I tried to talk????? Too much to type out, but the so called 'manager' yelled and screamed then hung up on me. I called back and she started in again when I asked her for corporate or the owners number. She yelled and screamed and accused more. Said she'd give me the GM's #, and I was welcome to call the owner too, because she didn't care what I did or what they said about her (this all screaming at me), and I finally asked her if she's listened to herself lately- her comeback? " YOU listen to YOURSELF!" then, click! I not once screamed or yelled at her, and she accused me of doing so. She was absolutely horrible. Hung up on twice and third call I finally got the GM's number as she was still yelling and absolutely nasty !!!!! So the fries were to be crinkle fries, but someone bagged curly. Tried them and they were HORRIBLE! The sandwich meat was dry around the edges. But??? The new GM, Kerrie, took my call, and will ABSOLUTELY be an attribute to the store! Unfortunately, at this point, I can't give a good review because of the HORRIBLE treatment, and the food was wrong and not edible. read more

It is sad when DoorDash delivery drivers believe they can park in handicap spots. When you ask them about it they claim the manager said they can park in handicap spots or they are handicapped, even though there is nothing displayed on their car. I certainly hope the manager at Arby's does not really tell them this is allowed. They become belligerent and entitled when you ask they why they are in a handicapped spot. Stop emptying the Curly fries fryer basket in our fries! We want fries, not all the bottom of the bag crumbs burnt to hell. in a large fry I received maybe 4-5 solid curly fries and not one more ... A family of 4, meal cost over $70 bucks, I expect more. Have not been here since just before COVID, just remembering why. I do not recommend ANYONE waste their money on this place. We went here ( end of January 2020) as we love Arby's and it was across the street from where we were going (we are from CA, btw). I will go out of my way to another Arby's if I am wanting them. 1)When ordering a drink, they handed us the drink cup, in which we proceeded to the soda machine, just to walk back to the cashier to have them fill up our drink as the soda machine was down, as well as the iced tea. The puzzling part was that they knew it was down and even after we informed them they continued handing customers their drink cup. 2) several of our meals were not correct. We asked for no ham, or no bread, etc and it came with all the items we asked not to have. 3) there were several workers and only about 10 customers, us being 5 of them. we watched our meals being made and then sitting for a good 5 minutes before they put them on the tray and called our number. 4) this is the worst of it all- THERE IS NO SEAT COVERS, no holders on the wall for them even to exist!!!! to top that, anyone that walks in could see me, or someone else, using the stall as the gap was about an inch wide. and then i was not able to dry my hands as the paper towels were stuck. read more

I came here once after it first opened and same experience... so thought I would try again since they're established. Nope... still a terribly long wait. Worst ARBYS ever! I would give it zero stars if I could. Every worker was incompetent EVEN the manager on Duty. We told them the drink fountain was out of CO2 and he acted like he was going back to resolve the problem. 8 mins later he returned and he FIXED NOTHING. Just tons of people waiting for carbonated beverages. We opted for iced tea just to get the hell out of there. We also ordered 3 combos and had to tell the clerk 3x times and we still ended up with a screwed up order and instead of just making things right he just stared at us. Good grief. Plus stale fries and they made my chicken salad sandwich inside out. The bread was soggy and the toasted part was facing inside. Fast food ain't that hard. Maybe robots would be an upgrade from these workers. Let's just pray we don't get food poisoning. read more

Thoroughly disappointed..AGAIN! this arbys seems to have a real issue with not dealing with machinery that constantly is breaking down. Management you need to address this issue. Starting from the beginning. Last year, we had a completely wrong order of 3 sandwich meals. Not one was correct. We called arbys and they sent us gift certificates for free meals. When I went to use them, I was called a liar and told that the certificates were fake. Since then, I have talked to corporate and this arby's is currently pending investigation. They have been running their business incorrectly. SO, if you want good food, go to a different arby's. This arby's is known locally and by corporate as being operated incorrectly. As you know, if there are problems with one thing, there are usually problems with others as well. I will never be coming back to this particular arby's. This Arby's has good food but their people are not first rate. We go usually through the drive through and today was especially slow. The person taking the order is very difficult to understand and it would seem to me, clarity of speaking should be a prime concern. We wanted to share a market sandwich so we asked that they cut it in half. Didn't happen. Normally we carry cutting utensils in the car but not today. This kind of stuff happen all the time. We come for the jamocha shakes, but occasionally get chicken or turkey sliders and fries. We always use drive through, and it has been quick every time. Last visit, a new guy actually ran out and caught us before we pulled into road to give us our fries! I have always enjoyed the employees we usually interact with, and this was very cool of what I believe was a new guy. As far as fast food, this is the only place that has been consistantly good, both food and service! read more

After our first bad experience I've tried to avoid this Arby's but..... my persistent husband has had to go back twice. Both times were horrible! Both Thru the drive thru when they werent busy. Forgot a whole meal the first time and a side the second. On the second time they also charged us too much and didn't give us the special I asked for. I will not go back! read more
