Creamed Chipped Beef Gravy should be on EVERY breakfast menu in the South and when I put Chipped Beef Gravy in both, Google And Yelp, it pulled up everything, even Subway. It was depressing. So ok. Had to pull over couple times to refresh my directions. I finally arrived. It's a tiny little place. Rutted out parking area. I smacked my head and went on in. No line when I was there. 3 people. I ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and gravy on the side, plus a large coffee. Order was called. Chef confirmed. Order of side gravy was yelled out for reconfirmation, Chef said I got it. Order up. My bacon egg and cheese biscuit had seen better days. A Lotta bacon! Though my egg was offsides and hanging on for dear life. It took me 1/2 a sugar jar to reach even near the level of flavor I like. That's because the coffee was a confirmed LARGE!!! I loved it. Thank you! I sat inside to eat, while mostly everyone else was to go. I enjoyed watching the customer's experiences. Everyone was nice. Regarding my food, my biscuit was not fluffy with some glistening grease. More-so, it stuck to my teeth and had to wash it down my throat with the coffee. Glad it was a large. My gravy.... my gravy was in a thimble compared to the rest of my meal. I had to giggle. It was good. I wasn't mad at all. My bill was less than $7. It stuck to my gut and was a great experience. I wont forget it! Thanks!!!
