Stopping in n way to vacay.. wasn't crowded and was quick sit down lunch. I got a chicken sandwich meal with fries. Seating area was clean and had seats accessible with wheelchair. Only negative which isn't really was the ketchup dispenser was empty on both sides of beverage dispenser. They were filling it as we left. The drive through experience was great! The cashier was friendly and wasn't bothered when we asked to add to our order at the window last minute. The classic roast beef had plenty of cheddar cheese and it was a great location close to gas stations. read more

Price point for the food on the menu is so varied that it has to be higher than the other competitors. The place was clean and service was quick and fast. Teresa was awesome with smalltalk and getting the order out quickly. Many folks go through the drive-through lines. I like going inside because the menu always changes. Seems like every three months there is a new must try item on their menu. Arby's commercials are so entertaining. The place is never crowded and there's never a line. I don't know why. Maybe it's the price point but I enjoyed my order. The smoked brisket sandwich was a hit for my craving at the time and just the sandwich alone did it for me. read more

Nothing tender about the chicken tenders... hard as a rock... all breading, not strips, small chunks of hard crust with a shred of chicken. My Yelper friend, Jim C. said, "We have the meats!" doesn't apply to their "chicken crumbs". Be careful, you may chip a tooth trying to consume these rocks. They were inedible. The curly fries tasted like fish, again inedible. "Barfy's" is more like it. We contacted the manager and he told us the oil they use to fried food is used for all the foods and that fish is fried in the same oil as the fries. He was apologetic. In this travel crossroads, off 207 & Rt.1, off the interstate where this area serves many truckers and travelers, you need to be competitive and have great customer service to keep people coming back through. With the Wendy's and Taco Bell and a few other fast food places to choose from, you'd better be on your A game. Arby's is high priced for a fast food joint because the food is supposed to be better quality... this meal was so disappointing. I've been to this location several times and it's gone downhill. Wow. This place is crazy. We stopped by for fast food and discovered that this is the most inefficiently run 'slow' food restaurant we've ever been to. This place makes postal workers look like speed demons. The bathrooms were filthy, it took 5 min per customer for each other and even the drive thru line was interminable. Stay in school kids lest you end up here working as an efficiency expert. Did I mention their service with a ? You can't even joke about how bad the service is here. Taking a bypass around the DC traffic corridor, I stopped here at Arby's for dinner. I went with one of their large and meaty sandwiches that apparently had bacon and turkey and roast beef on it, so it was large and slightly messy. The menu at Arby's has gotten a little out of hand, if you ask me. There's just so much up there to choose from so I asked the girl at the counter the usual "What's good?" and got the usual "Everything" in response. Sweetie, pick one so that you have an answer. Even if it's not your favorite. The sandwich and the curly fries were good. The restaurant was clean, including the condiments and beverage areas. This Arby's is okay... I have had better. Sometimes it's good sometimes it isn't. Some cashiers are cool here and some aren't .

Stopped at the rest stop at an evening time for their drive-thru. Arby's typically is experienced in a decent service time and i stopped because of their quality of food. Perhaps it was a bad night, but drive thru line during this occurrence totaled perhaps 20 minutes of waiting in line, getting to the speaker phone and waiting again for another 10 minutes, and then having our order received took another 15 minutes at the checkout window. Drinks that were out included were sweet tea and diet Dr. Pepper. Window personnel was polite but it appears a shortage of staff or atleast we didn't see more than three people ? So that may explain the wait time, i do hope their leadership improves. FOOD: great quality and hot. read more

First let me say there was nothing wrong with the food, roast beef was hot and juicy, curly fries were fresh and hot. The issue was the service or should I say lack of service inside. People in the drive thru were receiving food while customers inside watched employees argue over whether fish had been dropped. In addition the bathroom was flooded and no one cared. read more

Let me first say, I will never enter this establishment again. So here is my not so stellar review. My family and I stopped in for a hot meal. Upon placing our order we were informed that there was no cheddar sauce....wth? Arby's is known for cheddar, horsey and arby's sauce. We were offered a slice of cheddar melted on our food as a substitute. The entire facility seemed to be run by young adults 16+, who seemed more interested in socializing than customer service. Like most restaurants off exit 104. This place is slow, my average wait in the drive through with one car ahead usually averages 20+ minutes for a sandwich and drink. Any time I've ordered foods that should have sauces or dips, even if specifically asked for while placing my order, are always forgotten. I stopped today as I was running about 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and got a add pepper and 4 piece Mozzarella sticks, made sure to say and the marinara, as I do every time, and still forgotten, and still 10 minute wait, with an empty drive through. read more

I hadn't had me some Arby's since they left Montréal. It wasn't as good as I remembered it. But this franchise was a shitshow in more ways than one. I went to use the facilities and the stink in the bathroom made me gag, choke and cough like I had my nose in a restaurant grease trap. The bio-urgency prevailed and I took a leak while trying to hold my breath. The floors were dirty, scummy and so were the walls that also had "stuff" and "thangs" stuck to them. I addressed this with the manager who simply told me they were busy... ehh buddy, that much crap doesn't accumulate before lunch. That was days' worth of slime, poop and whatever that nugget next to the urinal was. I asked him that if he lets a client see the bathrooms like that, I wonder the state of the places I can't see are like. Places like the kitchen. The Ruther Glen Arby's is the filthiest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Tables and floors were dirty and sticky. The area around the drink dispensers looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, at least. This is no exaggeration. And this is the front of the house! I couldn't even eat my food I was so grossed out. I don't care how short staffed a food establishment is, if they can't clean at least once a day, they should lock the doors. This was at 2:00 in the afternoon and they were not very busy. The filth that I saw was definitely not just from that day. It was an accumulation from multiple days. Went here on the way home last night...ordered three meals and a kids meal for almost $30...two of the three meals were made incorrectly and she only charged us for a ham n cheese slider instead of a kids meal so my son did not get his fries or his juice. On a drive from Washington D.C. to Florida I got a drive-through order of a King's Hawaiian roast beef and swiss sandwich and the home-made chips. The King's Hawaiian is a limited-time item on sweet bread made by a bakery of that name. The bread, which I've never had before, tastes really good and is weirdly spongy. I'm not an Arby's fan but this was an enjoyable novelty. The home-made chips were chewy and not very appetizing. Rated three stars solely for the King's Hawaiian. While looking for a place to eat, we found an Arby's. I had just woken up and was looking forward to a good meal. When we went inside there was a few people and the wait was quite long. We had waited 20 minutes before receiving any type of food and we had been in there forever. However, when we got our food it was very cold and my sandwich was quite sloppy. My friend has ordered 3 chicken sliders and only received 2 and 1 beef. Then when my boyfriends mom went to get her sandwich, it was not there, luckily we were in the parking lot still. When she went inside to inform them that a sandwich was missing, they argued and said, "well you saw me make it." Which is completely unacceptable. It then took another 5 minutes to get the sandwich, And when she ate it, it was cold. It was overall terrible service and I would not recommend it to anybody. read more

Looking for a decent meal we found an Arby's nearby and stopped expecting little, but our expectations were most definitely not met. There was a good amount of people in the building, but nothing they weren't able to handle. Once we ordered our food we waited at least 20 minutes if not more. I thought the purpose of "fast food" was to get a quick meal to suffice your hunger, apparently this does not apply to Arby's. Once we finally received our lunch we noticed a sandwich was missing, when we informed staff they argued about whether or not our food was made instead of immediately making one for there unhappy customers. We finally got all our food and were in the car when I noticed one of my three chicken sliders was in fact beef instead of chicken. rude costumer service, talking smart back to their costumer's no greetings/ smiles upon entering. there is no one in sight, takes up to 6 mins to be waited on than on top of that another 20 to 30 mins to get my food that's not fast food, everyone is very rude looking at you saying stuff and laugh on top of it, throw your bag or tray at you i watched as i waiting on my order. the sandwiches are very messy read more
