The staff were very friendly and the food came out fresh and hot very pleased with the staff!!!!

This is just a quick review of my experience getting lunch at the Uniontown Arby's in March 2026. I work right next to this location but have only been here once before as their high calorie foods are something I try to avoid. But I had a craving for gyro meat and a 2 for $7 coupon was burning a hole in my pocket! I ordered inside and was pleased with how clean and busy the location was. My order of 1 gyro pita and 1 roast beef pita was ready within 2 minutes. I took them both to go to eat at work and despite the pita being 700 calories, I was full for a couple hours! I will eat the roast beef pita tomorrow for lunch. One star off for the extra charge for extra veggies (I asked for extra but decided not to get them when I saw I was being charged 0.50 for each extra veggie) and there just being wayyyyy too much tzaziki sauce on my pita. Overall, I'll consider coming here again if I get a gyro meat craving again and am too cheap to go to Papa Gyros! read more

ordered crispy fish with sauce on the side and got only the sandwich with no sauce at all. we have had so many wrong orders through drive through that we will not be returning again. our expirations are to high for your personal. when speaking to the manager, she only says I am sorry, but nothing changes. your manager does not know how to manage. this is the restaurant in green city, ohio. read more

Must be everybody's first day here. I've never seen a restaurant so poorly run. Nobody inside and waited over 20 mins for my food while all the employees argued with each other. Go literally anywhere else than this place. read more

I don't know if this Arby's has "Happy Hour" for everyone, or if it is only available through their app, but let me tell you, it's the best time to go! It's between 2pm-5pm (14:00-17:00 hours) and the deals are awesome! According to the google, for $1.00, you can get any slider, cookie, small crinkle cut fries, small curly fries, small shake, or small drink. I also noticed that the 4-piece mozzarella sticks were only $2.00 during "Happy Hour" (they were out of jalapeño poppers, but I'm guessing they're included in this deal). I can usually only eat one slider and half of a side before I'm full, but today I was HUNGRY and my timing was good, so I ordered 2 sliders and 2 small sides through the app. I definitely couldn't finish all the food, but at least I can give you a good idea of the quality! Arby's is one of the slower fast food chains, but that's to be expected at any Arby's. One issue I have is that this particular Arby's always has their lobby closed, so you are stuck going through the drive-thru and if you've already pre-ordered and prepaid (like I did), there's no backing out. Today they were actually pretty fast, which I'm thankful for! The staff was friendly and cheerful. The jalapeño roast beef slider is pretty good once you put Horsey Sauce and Arby's Sauce on it. It's not very spicy, but it has just a small kick. The Swiss cheese is processed just like American cheese. So therefore, it's pretty tasteless. The buffalo chicken slider was really good! I like the combo of the buffalo sauce and the parmesan peppercorn ranch, and the chicken tender was fresh hot and right out of the fryer. The buns for both sliders were nice and soft and warm. The cheese sticks were what you would expect from fast food cheese sticks (but better than Burger King's, whose cheese always leaks out in the fryer and you're left with just the crunchy coating). The marinara is okay, I prefer ranch, but there was no way to order ranch on the app. I didn't finish them, so maybe I'll heat them up when I get home and use my ranch. I also ordered the small curly fries and a side of cheese sauce (because who doesn't love cheese fries?!) The curly fries were room temp and old. And the cheese sauce is definitely not worth getting, as it was also pretty cold and completely tasteless. All-in-all, I will stick with the buffalo chicken slider and if I feel like a side, the mozzarella sticks (or jalapeño poppers). Not bad for $5.75. Go during "Happy Hour." read more

Pulled up to the windows, got the wrong sandwich entirely, handed it back and pulled forward. Checked the rest of the bag and everything was small, including drinks, when was fully charged for a large. Waited 30 full minutes for the right burger and when I pulled away and checked it, that was also the wrong burger.​ read more

Prices are not accurate on the drive through menu. Twice I caught them charging $.50 more per meal. The first time they refunded my money and the second time the girl was very rude and refused to give me the franchisees phone number. I am filing a report with Arby's corporate headquarters so hopefully this franchise owner will lose his store. Unethical business practices! read more

We've stopped here before and we're less than impressed with the staff. We went just now on 5/7 at 3:15pm and the lady that took our order sounded so friendly. The young man who gave us our food was so kind and offered our dog roast beef! He also asked if we wanted any condiments. Loving what seems to be some positive changes at this location! read more

Service sucked the 1 time they were actually open. 3-4 times I've tried to go in or go through the drive and either the door is locked or people that are inside ignore my vehicle pulling up. None of those times have they had signage -- not for the middle of the day, or the evening well before close. Don't waste your time. They don't want to serve you anyways. read more

I happened to stop here for lunch, not something I usually do., fast food and all. In fact, the last time I ate at an Arby's must have been 25 years ago. I wanted a wrap, but ended up with a turkey bacon ranch sandwich instead. The journey was frought with danger because they also offer a pean chicken salad sandwich too. Why is this a potential issue? I have a nut allergy and cross contamination is a big issue. Standing at their counter while placing my order, I could see their sandwich food prep area, and after informing them of my food allergy, observed a pecan chicken sandwich being made on the same board my sandwich would be made! I even saw one assembler wipe it clean with her gloved hand and then began making another without changing her gloves or properly cleaning the board! I shared my concern again and the cashier (who appeared catatonic) turned and asked the prep person if all sandwiches are made on the same board? The answer caused my BP to rise, and I wanted my money back, when a "manager" approached. I explained my concern yet again, whereupon she assured me she would make my sandwich in a totally different area. It was enormous and very tasty, when I got it! I am troubled about what rating to give, because although I could have had a serious issue, I didn't. But I also had to ask 3x before true action occurred. I guess the moral here is when you have a life threatening allergy to always ask questions, observe and confirm before ingesting anything. And despite verbal assurances ALSO bring your Epi-Pen and Benedryal as usual. You know you better than anyone. read more

Ordered 2 beef sandwiches, cheese sticks, fries, drinks. asked for horsey and arby sauce....there was none in the bag. also didnt include marinara for cheese sticks. Arbys fast food doesnt equal cheap. Had to eat dry sandwiches. Also, i read on the local moms FB group multiple complaints about this Arbys. Many people forgoing it all together. The one on Waterloo has excellent service and much better food. read more

It takes a lot to get one star from me, but congratulations, you did it! This location was just remodeled, it was my first time going here, my kids wanted it, the drive thru took forever, there were no cars in front of me, as i pull up the two people standing there are whispering in each others ears, grabbing each other, flirting, whatever, just get my food and i don't care what you do, what happened next was absolutely APPALLING. I ordered a milkshake for my son, they forgot to make it, so the girl tells the guy that drive thru person is supposed to get it, he then argues with her and says she should have got it if she had time to come up and tell him to do it, he finally starts to make it, and as he is making my shake, she walks up, coughs directly in his face without covering her mouth and starts laughing, this is OVERTOP of directly making my shake. Disgusting isn't even the correct word to use, if she does this in front of customers no telling what she does when nobody is around! She did this not once, but twice. Definitely need some hygiene and food handling training, will never go back to this location. read more

I have been going to this Arby's for quite some time now only because it is the only one close to me since the one in my town closed down. What I notice the most is that it is always dirty and unkept and everyone that works there looks kinda miserable! I can honestly say I have rarely seen anyone smile that is employed there and the turn over of help is high !!! The food is good but they just need to work on the presentation of their employees and facility. read more

While traveling the interstate, we stopped here specifically because we like Arby's. Just before we walked in, their computers shut down. They were great about communicating this and let us know we could leave. As more patrons arrived, they realized the computers were not coming back up soon. So, the manager did a good thing. She locked the doors with a sign for people stopping. And she offered those of us who chose to wait, free food. It was delicious as always. All the employees were friendly. The place is clean. If you follow the traffic signs, it is easy to get in and out by car. read more
