We ordered through the app, no issue there, it was ready as we arrived and everything was correct. My cold brew coffee was somehow warm and had maybe 5 ice cubes total. The flavor would be great if it were actually chilled. My husband's lemonade was also served with a minimal amount of ice. My chicken sandwich was honestly repulsive. I couldn't finish it, and that's a first for me. It was so rubbery and chewy I would've thought it was raw if it wasn't so scorching hot that it burned my mouth.
