Placing my order was smooth and I even asked if I could substitute traditional tenders for the garlic parm tenders that came in the limited time box deal that I got (I had to get the box deal bc it came with the cheese curds lol) and the employee said he needed to check with his manager and seconds later he came back and said he could make the substitution for me (YAY). There were just a couple of cars ahead of me but I was able to pay and receive my food in a matter of minutes and the employee James at the window was very nice and also walked me through how to sign up for their new app. The food was delicious as it always is at Popeyes and the cheese curds were SEASONED AND SOOOOO YUMMY!!!!
