I placed my order for Taco Tuesday with Curtis and he made some great recommendations and took great care of my family so we would have enough Food to feed the masses!! The restaurant is a fast food place but always clean and tidy and the employees take great pride and really have a solid team there. We ordered the Taco Party Box with 12 tacos, a couple chicken quesadillas, which are a Family Favorite!! I've been to this Taco Bell before convid 19 hit and after... The last time I was inside it appeared clean and the self serve areas were well stocked (drink station, taco sauces/condiment area)... The staff inside and at the drive thru were friendly... As far as the food goes I'll say that it's good... They do have a problem getting the orders right at times... this location is by far the worst taco bell i've ever been to. every single time the service is consistently bad. they have zero customer service skills. employees are ALWAYS rude, impatient, unhelpful, and overall bad at their jobs. if you order a drink just forget it, they never give you the cup. you always have to wait 10 minutes to get someone's attention and then rudely be given a cup that you PAID FOR. and the food always takes so long to come out but it's never busy in there??? not to mention it's always dirty and sticky, both the tables and the floors. overall i would never recommend coming here. read more

They are by far the worst in customer service! They are so rude. I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande, and the nachos were EXTREMELY salty. Since I was about 5 miles away, I didn't want to go back the same day to return it. I refrigerated the nachos, and returned them 2 days later. Their response... "No, you cannot get a refund and not credit ... You did not call ahead of time!" ME: Uh... You don't answer the phone! Anyway, they have lost a customer for life. Two words, RIP OFFS. I've been there 3 times in the past 6 months and each time random items are upcharged or added to our bill. Last time we had burritos THAT WE DIDN'T ORDER added to our bill. Tonight, a basic shredded chicken burrito supreme cost almost 5 bucks! Are you kidding me!?! This was NOT a special order and I did NOT order it with the pricy guac. The only burrito on their entire menu that costs even nearly that much is the burrito XXL. What I received was maybe 3 inches in diameter and barely filled. It's quarantine time which means drive-through only access. I went through the drive-through and ordered a number 2 three soft taco supreme large Mountain Dew light ice fire sauce got to the window hand in my card then the guy took a very long time and then took my card to the front of the store to use a different register. He handed me my card back I received the Mountain Dew and then the food I got about half a mile away when I went to grab one of my tacos except the order was not the order that I placed I checked my receipt and what I seen on the screen and thought I was paying for was not what I paid for I paid for a number 3 even though I clearly asked for a number 2 a number two was on the screen. I turned around went back and got back in the drive-through line at my turn I explain what it happened and they said pull forward finally got to the window tried to hand in the food of course they could not take it they handed me food I looked in the bag I said OK there's three soft tacos in there and I start to pull off the one thing I have had happened before with Taco Bell especially this location is if you order a soft taco supreme you don't get sour cream or tomatoes which is what the extra charges for in the first place I'm already out of the drive-through line so I have to pull in the front of the building and bang on the window till someone comes. I'll tell the gentleman this is the second order they messed up I need this fixed he gets I think a manager who comes to the door tells me that I ordered the wrong stuff even though I saw it on the screen I tell her the guy went to the front of the restaurant to use the other register she said yes because our machines were down or maybe that's why you messed up my order because he just made up what he thought I wanted then she said well you're always right and I said no and I show it to her and she says well do you want the stuff on the side and I said no I want what I ordered now she feels I'm getting a little combative and tells me sir please come down I don't have time for someone who has one order at a time to mess it up twice. Purchased two taco bowl salads last night. So disappointed with the presentation and the taste. There was hardly any lettuce in the shell or other ingredients. The salads were mostly the shell. Also, ordered a side of guacamole that was only half filled in a small container. We usually patronize this location and haven't encountered these issues before.
