Ordered delivery and it didn't take too long. I never had a sandwich here so decided to try a pizza chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms. It's not on their menu but they'll do it. You can choose 8" or 12". I would have preferred more sauce but this was more chunky pieces of tomato. Not a thin sauce. I wanted more sauce for the flavor so will ask for some extra on the side of it next time. It was a little dry for a pizza steak!!! And a chicken steak is usually drier than beef anyway. I love a mushroom pizza steak and this is first one I've had where they chop the mushrooms with the meat and cheese. The sandwich was filled with meat. The roll was so soft and fresh. I asked for the table to be wiped down. Waitress suggested moving to another table rather than wipe the table down. I had to move three times because waitress didn't offer to clean the table. This place is great! I moved to the area in September 2021 and this pizza place was close, since then We never even tried another! I've never ate in I normally get togo or delivery. I've only had there pizza and wings which are both phenomenal. The staff is always friendly and delivery is also fast regardless of the order! I wanted to order about 20 pizzas for my daughters birthday called a week in advance to put it in and was told I can tell them about a hour ahead of time. Called in the am for the pm pizza was all hot and fresh and quick! Would definitely recommend. Small restaurant. Pleasant staff. Constant flow of people coming in for take out. Food was good, but portions were on the smaller size for the price u pay. Hubby ordered lasagna, and I ordered eggplant parm. Plates got mixed up, I was given the lasagna. I am a vegetarian and ate a mouthful of the neat lasagna. Wasn't happy about that at all!!! The lasagna had homemade pasta and meat sauce, no ricotta, and cheese on top...Therefore it was on the flat side, not stacked up in layers of meat, cheese, pasta and sauce. The bread/rolls were homemade, hot, and delicious!!! Soups were good! Not bad, just not the best experience on our first visit. I would come back. Ordered for delivery and some of it was wrong. Chicken broccoli pasta had no chicken. The other one did. Wings came soggy with oil separating hot sauce from the chicken. Kind of like oil on top of water. Shrimp Alfredo was very bland in taste. Soup was alright but can't remember name of it. Just check your bill. When I was there precovid the waitress noticed they overcharged a large group for an extra bill and notified the manager. The Manager advised they were happy and drinking and wouldn't notice. He said just give them the bill. I was disgusted by the lack of honesty and will never return. Yall, this place is GOOD. Like real good. We've ordered take-out 4 times (so far) and have no been disappointed yet. Every time I've called the restaurant sounded packed. Their pizza's are HUUUGE and perfectly cooked. Not too thin and not too thick, just right. The crust is crispy and the cheese isn't greasy. Toppings are plentiful and the sauce is flavorful. The cheese steaks are some of the best in the area, they are pretty big and have lots of cheese and onions. The meatballs on the hoagie are BIG and delicious and I'm certain they are freshly made, not frozen. (Which is why I KNOW the entrees will be amazing and will definitely be checking that out soon....) The chicken parm sandwich is amazing too. (I snagged a bite of each sandwich from my hubbie lol) He always orders chicken parm sandwiches from take-out and is forever disappointed by them.... Not at Vincenzo's! The sauce really makes the sandwiches. The wings were surprising though. I wasn't expecting them to be as good as they were, especially just for classic buffalo wings. Pleasant, humble, dining room serving good food. I particularly like the penne ala vodka and gnocchi. It is BYOB so you can bring a nice Chianti to go with dinner. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have food allergy issues and have always found their home made pasta that is something I can tolerate. This is the 3rd time, I have ordered a white pizza, this time over 15 bucks, before delivery and tax. It is the 3rd time it was under cooked and basically raw! I called today, yes, it was ordered Thursday, but as a retired chef, and culinary instructor, the only time I order out is because of a personal emergency. I called today, Sunday, yes, the order was placed on THURSDAY. I did not have time till today to call or deal with it. I wanted to give the courtesy of letting them know my disappointment. I had someone answer, ask me why I waited to call until today and wait till TUESDAY to call back. The Day of the order was Thursday, Sept, 19th, 2019, and I did not have time to call them, however, the rest of the pizza is still in the fridge uneaten. I am sorry but I will wait till Tuesday, Sept 22nd to return it to the place. It will be obvious to anyone that it was barely warmed much less cooked. read more

Had a bad experience with a wrap and fries. Felt bad about complaining and asked for food in return instead of money to save them money. I asked for the smallest pizza and small fries to make us whole. They gave us a personal pizza and small fries. This is actually the first Yelp review I have ever written. I wouldn't have written this review if they would have given us more than the little amount we asked for and tried to have taken our complaint more serious and given us a larger pie since we had to wait longer to eat since it was a delivery. Again this is the only and worse review I have ever written and kind of feel bad writing it.
