Unfortunately, I must give this shop a one star review. I say unfortunately because it is a very…read morenice looking store with some beautiful light fixtures. However, let me warn you that everything on display must be ordered. That is not the problem in itself, but what they do is hold orders and withhold shipping from the manufacturer making it a 4-6 week overall time to get your fixtures. And, they will not tell you that prior to leaving your deposit. Not surprising, because why would you order fixtures from them knowing that? If there was a legitimate reason that fixtures actually took that long, it would be understandable, but these are fixtures that the manufacturer has in stock now. Fixtures you could order online and get in a few days, or go to a local light store and have in stock. Ray's lighting, this is a very unethical way of doing business. And, no matter how many years you have been in business, you need to change your business model to be successful in the future.

The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height.
