The day after Christmas, I called Perfect Electric and they had a technician, Brian, at my property within two hours, which already impressed me. As soon as Brian walked in, he diagnosed the issue in about five minutes, it turned out the problem was actually FPL's fault and the meter needed to be changed. Brian clearly explained what was going on and confirmed that nothing in my house was causing the issue. He was professional, calm, and clearly very knowledgeable. To my surprise, he wouldn't even charge me for diagnosing the problem. That level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated. This company is honest, quick, and truly looks out for the customer. On the day of the appointment the guys were a no show. My wife called up and got a hold of someone who had no idea about the appointment and in general sounded very confused about the schedule. I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I've owned my home for over two decades, and this has been the best project ever.
