Love ARC. I hardly ever leave this place without a new piece of clothing whether it's a T-shirt, jacket, etc. I was looking for some spring-form pans the other day and found a 2 pc set that looked brand new at this location for 5 bucks! Can't beat it! Staff has always been very helpful at this location and the store is pretty clean and well laid out. Definitely be coming to this location again. read more

This was my 2nd Arc of the day and it gets 2nd place - there was lots here but I left without anything. That's how it goes sometimes, but I also wondered if it was hard to see what was there because of what I'd call uneven merchandising. Some shelves were packed, others had open spaces. A number of aisles were blocked by staff talking to each other while either rearranging things or restocking, which was unfortunate. read more

Hands down my favorite ARC in the metro area. I always find something from handmade art pieces, vintage glassware, and high quality dresses from recognizable brands. Most things are priced as I would expect although I have seen some things like Ikea picture frames priced higher than their original sale price which I only know because the original tag is still on them. But that isn't unique to this store or even this chain as I have seen this at pretty much every thrift store I have gone to. The staff is always really nice and I appreciate the fact that they work really hard to keep the store as tidy and organized as they can with all the chaos of working at a thrift store. read more

This was such a great thrift store. First of all, it is huge. It reminded me of a Ross store. The game section was great, and we found some great deals. They were all $1.50-$2.50. Would be very fun to shop around if we had more time with the large selection of items in each department. Actually the best thrift store I've been to in a while. Arc used to be a cheap alternative to buying stuff used...not sure who is in charge of pricing items, but they really need to start evaluating the process. $5.99 to $7.99 for a small wicker basket? Been coming here awhile and used to be one of my favorite in the area but as of recently you might as well just shop retail online. I swear to good this place has the most INSANE thrift store prices I have ever seen before. You're better off shopping any other thrift store in the area. As of recently, I'm not sure what drugs the person pricing in the back is taking but I'd love to try them. Standard shirts that are brand new 10$ at Walmart are 12.99$ and basic graphic t shirts that are 3-7$ anywhere else are 10$ minimum. It's actually disgusting and a disgrace to thrifting. So unless you want to spend mall prices and used clothing go ANY where else besides this place. Such a joke! read more

I was impressed with some of the treasures I was able to find hidden throughout the store. I would recommend shopping on Saturday when the entire store is 50% off or spending time with the grands on Tuesday for senior discount day so you get more bang for your buck. If you want to look at video games they are locked in a glass locker and you will have find someone to assist you. When you do finally find someone they are watching you like a hawk to make sure you don't steal anything. THE GAMES ARE PRICED AT RETAIL!!! Good place to go on Saturdays. they have 50% off on 4 color tags. The couches are expensive. Tables and dressers not so much. Good place for clothes. They used to be a good place to get older video games, but recently who ever is pricing the game systems thinks they work for ebay or something. This place is so packed, you'd think it was a suitcase. That's what you get for shopping on half-off day (Saturday), but the deals can't be beat! I found the perfect little bucket to store kitchen scraps before I take them outside to the compost bin, along with 8 (8!!) stackable clear storage bins, all for under $10. Totally worth the 10-minute wait in line. read more

This place is friendly and the prices are great. Saturday are the best since all 4 colors are on sale. You have to go with patience and plenty of time to browse. You will not only find what your looking for but you may find some hidden gems in the process. I love the people who work there. So friendly and eager to help. My son and I love going to this Arc and have for many years because my son collects VHS tapes and now has a room that looks like an old Blockbuster. For years I ignored the clothing racks but one day I looked and there are some extremely high quality duds on their racks. I didn't think a thrift store would have high quality anything but just take a look sometime. The workers are friendly, the store is always neat and organized. It's a good place to shop. read more

Decent selection, have gotten a lot of decent furniture here. Have hired private security however who appears mentally touched and spent her time harassing us while we shopped by following us glaring and continuing to write in her notebook while making eye contact. Army boot, failed the psych exam to be a cop type. Proceeded to walk after us to our vehicle and continue to write about it despite us buying something large and having absolutely no inkling or place to stash a large home good item. There's a happy medium between security and appropriate customer service. Stereotyping and harassing paying customers isn't it, particularly standing and waiting for someone in a public parking lot for 15 minutes (we waited and timed it - stayed that long to document it ourselves in case she tried to use my vehicle or plates for further harassment) instead of staying in the store she should be monitoring. Check your staff for harassment before you get sued. Security should also not be standing next to my vehicle glaring at me and smoking. wildly unprofessional. read more

First of all I would like to address that my family and I are hispanics. I visited this store yesterday 08/30/17 around 8:00pm with my wife and kids, we were looking for some stamps but we also went to donate other stamps that we had. While we were looking my wife asked me if I thought it was possible to trade the stamps that we had for two that we found on the store, so I told her to ask an employee. At the cashier there was an employee so we approached to the cashier and my wife asked if it was possible for us to trade our stamps for the two that they had at the store. The employee at the cashier replied to her "No, you need to buy the whole bag full of stamps otherwise it won't be possible to trade it or buy them separate." My wife replied to him "ok" she turned around and went back to line with us. That employee was talking to another women and I don't know if they did it on purpose but they started talking about my wife at loud, telling her that she was stupid and how could she thought about that etc etc the comment that annoyed me the most was that he said "F*cking Mexicans, they always want to come here and do what they want to." For me this is a very racist comment and if the employees are there is to help and not to be racist with people. We were never rude or mean to them so there is no reason for them to be like that to us or to other customers. read more
