I went in to purchase an electronic to replace a broken one at home. I decided to browse briefly before I left women's clothing. I had a shopping cart was immediately scolded by a worker who told me not to use the shopping cart in the aisle because I would be knocking all the clothes off to keep my cart along the out perimeter. I not to talk to me in that manner that I am adult. He proceeded to continue being confrontational told me I won't get far in life with that attitude. I have never experience such a RUDE employee any where I have ever shopped. I had not even been in the store 10 minutes. I left shortly after as it had become an uncomfortable experience at a that point. I asked who he was and he was the manager of the store. What a leader. I have been going to going to goodwill for years for both donations and buying. I will never go back to any goodwill after that salty experience. read more

I was just snapped at by the donation attendant because I asked him to help me unload my trunk full of donations in boxes. I asked him if could help me and he said "no, ya wanna unload this or not?" I told him I was confused because at the other location they unload for me. "Well, that's the other place. Ya doing this or not?" Never again. Im done. read more

It really bothers me that someone who may need a car seat would be expected to pay $160.00 + tax for a car seat at a place whose mission states its intention is to: "enhance the dignity and quality of life of individuals and families by strengthening communities, eliminating barriers to opportunity." A child seat for a vehicle is a safety and precautionary measure for safe transport. How in the world does Goodwill justify a $160 tag on an item that is needed by so many families? I don't have children, but this tag really made me upset because it goes against the foundation of Goodwill's mission. You should be distributing these to families in need, not charging exorbitant prices for items donated to you. read more

Last week staff worked together and reorganized the entire store which makes it so much more clean and easier to find what you are looking for! it really made a noticeable difference and i was very impressed with their progress after visiting again a few days later. Staff is super friendly & they are well staffed. they have a HUGE selection of really cute clothing (a lot of young adult & modern options) the furniture and book section is typically a hit or miss, but i absolutely love this store as a avid thrifter!! read more

One of my favorite Goodwill stores to date, but still lacking something that I just can't put my finger on... A nice, clean, organized Goodwill. Always a friendly smiling face at the register. Maybe the prices could be a tad bit lower, hence the 4 stars; as I feel you may be able to duck next-door to Walmart and pick up some of the same things or similar for cheaper. I hesitate writing this review because I found some great buys and I don't want that to change. Here's to hoping you won't take all my favorite pieces. Brand new Goodwill Store has opened in Stapleton. By brand new I mean it's been open less than a week. I couldn't remember for the life of me what the sore was before, someone told me it was a Linen's and Things. Whatever it was I think it's much better as a Goodwill. The location is like a big warehouse, very large, larger than most Goodwill's I've been to. This one has large racks of clothes, separated by size pretty well and type of clothing. They have an amazing housewares area with complete dish sets, mugs, vases, bowls, cooking supplies and the like. Like most Goodwill's they have a nice book area by the front. A few dressing rooms to make sure things fit and all that. I don't know where else I can find a pair of Eddie Bauer jeans for $5. And I know most people buy ice cream bowls, not me, I like guacamole bowls, I bought three that are just the perfect size for one avocado and the accouterments. This is a great addition to the Stapleton area, everyone should come check it out. read more

Didn't go inside to shop so my review is based off of my customer experience. Came by this evening to drop off items off and had about five garbage bags full. It was our first time donating so we took about five full garbage bags to the door since the open sign was on to find out where to put them. As we approached the doors, (they were locked) not one employee inside even acknowledged we were there standing outside with multiple bags. It wasn't until a homeless person outside let us know that the donation drop off was on the rear side of the building. It would have been that easy for an employee of Goodwill to notify someone who is trying to donate to their business instead of blatantly trying to ignore us. read more

I scored the gown I needed at this store for an act. I thought the selection overall was better than most.

The worst management I've ever experienced anywhere. It's covid so the fitting rooms are closed which is understandable. I ask if I can return items I purchase if they don't fit and was told "absolutely yes". So I buy $100 in items. I try them on at home and come back the next day to return about 1/3 of them. I am told now that it is just a gift card I will receive and not a refund. I told them that is contradictory to what I was told at purchase and they respond with "well it's on your receipt"...to which I say "well I don't receive the receipt until after I make the purchase so that is not helpful". I accept the gift card and decide to call the next day as there was a line and I didn't want to make everyone else wait. I call and I was told that I didn't ask the right questions so it's on me. I should have asked if I can return for money back, not just asked if I can return in general. They put all the blame for this issue on me and were extremely rude and condescending. Absolutely terrible experience which makes me sad because I love the Goodwill. read more

Typical Goodwill store. The selection here is pretty good - lot of options. Docking a star for typical, sometime too-high pricing. There's a large selection of clothes and housewares and furniture. Also a decent book area. Overall, nothing super special - standard chain thrift spot. read more

Walked in at 5:36 and was told we and the two couples behind us couldn't come in because they were closing at 6 and were refusing any more customers by a rude lady in a horrible wig. Really???? Apparently they don't need to help others because they have too much money. read more

Not too bad of a goodwill. Yes, it's trashed after the weekend round of shoppers, but I've found a few items I need and don't need. They even have a workout clothes section and maternity section. Not too bad, but I wish they wouldn't put out items that are stained, like a maternity bra with milk. Rather some of y'all need better better hygiene and check yo stuff before you donate. Gross. Other than that, I don't mind shopping here rather than the one by my house. read more

All around a good thrift experience. They have a good range of items and seem to put new things out frequently. As far as prices, some were a bit high but that seems pretty standard for all Goodwills these days. Most of the staff were pleasant but some of the cashiers seem less than happy to be employed there. It's in a good location with lots of other shopping around. I would go back for sure. read more

I shop for very specific merchandise, so whats good and not good for me is not necessarily the same as others. That being said.. I don't find much in women's clothing and accessories that make this particular location worth going out of my way to frequent; if I'm in the area I will stop, to add some variety to my routine. read more

Seemed clean. Unfortunately incredably rude employees. The item we had was unmarked by the Goodwill, but did have the tag from its original store, Target. The target tag said it was $9.99 marked down to $4.99. When we asked a cashier to help with that, she told us it would be the $4.99 it was at Target. When we asked why and explained how that didnt make sense, she snapped at us about not being the person to price items. We called for the manager, who could not be bothered to come out of the office to discuss what the problem was. I understand it was a small item, and a few dollar item, but the way it was handled and the way we were treated is unprofessional and I wont be back. read more

Love their 50% off everything days... I always find a bargain I hadn't anticipated. This time I went early and had the place to myself. I had to come back later the same day and found that they had put out lots of other things during my absence. Fun finds for everyone. read more

If I could give a negative I would. The manager harassed me the hole time then when we had 15 mins until it closed he then went to the fitting room where I was trying on a new sweater and told me the room was closed, when the lady said nothing about it being closed when I went in there... he tried opening the door while I was undressed while banging on the door! I asked if I could get dressed he was quite and after about 5 seconds he told me I need to get out continuing to bang and yell. Then after I get out he told me to get out of the store "with my punk ass" then I called him a bitch and walked out he fallowed and went into the middle of the street asking to fight me, so I took my backpack and coat off turning around I noticed he had a flashlight in his hand in the form of a weapon!! I will be contacting the sales manager and continue contacting the owner once I get number. Me and my wife should not take this I believe he did it because of our race and will seek a lawyer to resolve our horrible experience! Iv lived in Stapleton for almost 10 years and never had any problem at this goodwill but this manager is not all about the customer the first 10 mins we were there we asked to see some things in the showcase he walked by us saying someone will be right out while he went to the back! We waited for almost 45 mins until someone came out hiring this person was a bad choice! I was the store manager at Anthony's Pizza off 29th and I would know. read more

This goodwill is totally awesome. I go once a week when I'm going to Walmart or Home Depot. I found a rad garden gnome for a few dollars and really cheap blue jeans. My only complaint, how come the women get five racks of blue jeans and the men only one, what the hell is up with that! read more

Brought a client to this store to pick up his furniture that he bought here. They sold it to someone else and refused to refund his money. Made us wait for half an hour and then only refunded a portion of what my client spent. Shame on Goodwill for preying on the poor! read more
