I spoke with Sarb, and he was very helpful. He told me they still had availability for our event, which was a relief. What impressed me the most was that they offered us time to set up before the event started. When we arrived, the place was clean and ready, making it easy to get everything organized. Since we were working with kids, we didn't use the throwing axe area, but we did enjoy some exciting laser tag. you could bring your own water and cake or cupcakes, but you needed to buy your food from them. They used Mountain Mike's pizza for food orders, which was located off Robinhood. There was a bit of confusion among the workers because some understood the rules differently than others. However, I decided to stay patient and ask questions until I got clear answers. After discussing it, everything worked out well for me. My food arrived exactly on time, just like I had requested. The laser tag room was amazing! It had two stories and was really well put together. Honestly, I can't explain how fun it was--you just have to see it for yourself! The kids had a blast playing there, and believe me, it's definitely a workout! They got to play four different games, so there was always something new to try. When you first arrive, you need to sign some waivers and set up your account. They take a picture of you, which goes up on a big screen at the end of your game, showing your score. Everyone was excited to see who had the most points! The atmosphere was lively, and everyone was laughing and cheering. It was a great way to spend the day, and I can't wait to go back again. If you're looking for fun and excitement, this place is a must-visit!

But it seems this policy only applies to certain individuals and dare I say possibly only to individuals with a certain skin color. The photo they use as an example of acceptable vs. unacceptable hair length shows a picture of a girl with her hair below her waist. My sister's hair was right above her waist and they denied her the ability to ride the go-carts. She had even arrived to Funworks with her hair in a bun. They made her remove it so check the length. Which like I mentioned before wasn't below her waist This policy seems highly unfair and very discriminating. And to make matters worse, the go-carts are prob the slowest go-carts in the nation. All the fuss about their strict policy to then be disappointed with the 2 mph go-carts. Save yourself the headache, embarrassment (if you have long hair), and money. Go to Boomers instead!

Not like I've been to a lot of bowling alleys but here's some of my key takeaways from this place…read moreand how I'm swayed towards giving them a better review than maybe they deserve. 1) they have a summer pass that gets you 2 free games a day, free shoe rental, $5 worth of arcade credits a day and 10-15% off of food and drinks (non alcoholic). I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4.

Teens and older kids can still have a great time, but I think it's best suited for families with younger children. One thing to keep in mind is that it's expensive. Rooms can range from about $200-$400 per night on weekends and during holidays. If you want to save money, I recommend visiting in August, January, or on weekdays like Tuesday or Wednesday, when it's usually less crowded. Also, be prepared to spend extra on activities and food. Many activities cost an additional $10-$20 unless you purchase a Wolf Pass or Paw Pass, which can provide better value. If you're trying to save money, plan ahead. For example, instead of buying the 12 oz candy cup for around $10, consider purchasing the refillable kids' favorite cup and bringing your own candy from a store like Target. Small choices like that can help reduce the overall cost. Overall, we had a great time, but it's definitely not a budget-friendly vacation. If you plan ahead and budget for the extras, it's a fun experience for the whole family.

It's gotten to the point where I expect bad service, but last night really pushed it over the edge. We came in for my brother's birthday after I got off work late. There were 8 of us total, but only 6 people actually wanted to bowl. Simple enough, right? I asked the employee how many people were allowed per lane, and he said 5. So I explained that we wanted 2 lanes--3 people on each--and that I would pay for one lane while my brother's friend would pay for the other. For some reason, this turned into a whole unnecessary issue. He immediately got argumentative and told me "you can't just get one lane," which made zero sense because we were literally getting two lanes--just splitting the payment between two people. Instead of just processing it like a normal transaction, he was rude, impatient, and acted like I was asking for something completely unreasonable. I genuinely don't understand why it had to be so complicated. We weren't asking for anything special--just to pay separately for two lanes. Isn't that the whole point? Taking money from customers? Between the attitude, the lack of basic customer service, and how unnecessarily difficult they made everything, this place just isn't worth the hassle. There are plenty of other bowling alleys out there that actually treat people with respect. I won't be coming back. Is everyone that works here an ass?
