Soy Salmon with broccolini, rice, and cucumber salad
    Jazmine V.

Casino is opened 24/7! My friend took me here for dinner. It seemed a bit slow tonight at the tables probably due to the holiday weekend. Our waitress was very sweet and nice! I ordered the soy salmon entree, loved that it had sesame seeds. The broccolini and rice was cooked perfect. What I didn't like was right when you walk into the casino, you get hit with the bathroom stench because the men's restroom is right in front of the entrance. It was pretty gross!

Was here earlier and the place is good but can get crowded pretty fast. If you want to make a quick buck blackjack is the way to go forsure

I wanted to play Blackjack and first and foremost have Dinner. The Restaurant was quiet, the tables set with silverware and napkins. I went with 2 of my Co-Workers. We had the Clam Chowder, Appetizers on the happy hour menu we picked Asian Appetizers wings pot stickers and eggs rolls. I had a parkwest burger my coworkers walnut prawns. The Star of the meal was the Clam Chowder Soup. Outstanding and a coworker ordered 2 one to go and one to enjoy at the Table. The wait staff is excellent. Food worth stopping anytime I'm in the area. Especially the Clam Chowder it has clams in every spoon full and very delicious. My Parkwest burger was Cooked to order (med well) and had a house special coleslaw on it. It was very tasty. The GPS took us to the old building which has a casino and bingo hall. We parked here but ended up taking the shuttle to the brand new building which was located just a couple minute drive away. If your goal is to spend your time in the new building, there's plenty of parking down on the lower lot. We signed up for the players club which came with $10 in free play, which got used up pretty quick. They have a ton of slots and a handful of card tables. The lowest minimum I saw for blackjack was $15, and definitely the most popular of the blackjack tables. I spent most of my time on the slots and while I started off hot, the casino always wins in the end lol. I racked up enough player points to get a free bluetooth speaker, which was pretty cool! The slots I had the best luck on was the Top Dollar and Huff n Puff machines. Everything else was no good for me. The Casino floor isn't huge by any stretch but does what it needs to do. They have a few restaurants on-site. The 209 sports bar was the busiest and one of the only spots to watch sports and eat. The bar on the 3rd floor had live music after 9pm and was pretty lively. I was low key very surprised at how busy it was. Overall, solid spot to get your casino fix that just so happened to be a short drive from where we are staying. Next time I'm feeling the urge to win, I definitely wouldn't hesitate spending more time here.

There is plenty of parking now, which makes visiting much more convenient. They've also opened a new gaming section that is smaller and tucked away from the main casino floor. I liked having the option to play in a quieter area away from the larger crowds. The casino itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a good variety of games. The bar also had a great selection of drinks. I also noticed they're working on opening a hotel, which is an exciting addition. It will be nice to have the option to stay on-site once it's completed. I don't visit casinos very often, but this is one of the few that I genuinely enjoy. It's clean, modern, and has a nice atmosphere. I had a great experience and would definitely come back to see how everything comes together once the hotel opens.

As someone who goes to Sky River weekly, and often more than once...this 2-star review is…read morereflective of how things have seemingly gone downhill as of late. I used to highly recommend Sky, and I always enjoyed my time there. I can't say that I win much these days, and it is not for lack of spending. I used to always bring home a little something, and sometimes a lot. It just seems that the slots are much tighter now. For as often as I am there and the types of slots that I play, I never see anyone win much on them, let alone a big jackpot. I've even been told the ones I play actually have a higher RTP than most. I keep hearing from other people that they feel the same, and that they suspect a tightening of the slots in order to fund the expansion of the casino and parking garage. Whether that is true or not, it is the impression it gives off. One also has to wonder if they have cut back on staffing in order to save money. I can spend as much as eight hours at the casino and not see one single beverage server. I rotate around the entire casino, so it's not just in one area that service is lacking. I was told to hit the service button and ask a slot attendant to bring me water. Considering I waited over 30 minutes for a slot attendant this week and had to call the main casino number to have them find someone, I'm surely not going to count on them for water. I have had several other very long waits for a slot attendant in recent times. When I come earlier in the day, there are generally some really nice employees attending to the bathrooms. But I have noticed when I come a little later in the day and evening, the bathrooms can get disgusting. I opened three stalls the other night before I found one to use that didn't have a wet seat or a seat cover or toilet paper stuck to it or on the floor. I've also noticed lately that more dirty ash trays are left sitting on the machines. As one who finds the level of smoke at Sky to be fairly intolerable at times, I would at least like to enjoy playing a machine that didn't have ashes on it or in the tray. What is with the sudden increase in volume of the music? It is so loud sometimes that you cannot even hear the person next to you when you are trying to talk. I also enjoy hearing the sounds of the machine I'm playing, but even with the volume turned up you sometimes can't hear it very well. I leave Sky with my ears ringing sometimes. It was not always like this. When I had to call the casino number to have them find a slot attendant for me, I couldn't even hear the person on the phone much at all. My host even tried to call me recently, I couldn't answer his call because there's no way I could've heard him. My friends and I have started venturing out to other casinos in the area lately due to some of the issues I have mentioned. We've actually won at these places, and the service and atmosphere has been enjoyable. I like the proximity of Sky to where I live as well as the level of free play and perks that I get. I also much prefer the variety of machines I can play at Sky. I am hoping that if enough people voice concerns about issues, upper management will listen and take steps to improve things. On a positive note, I really appreciate my host, the great food that is available, and some really nice employees. I always find security to be welcoming and friendly, and the valet employees are great. I will gladly update this review with a higher rating should it be warranted.

The experience was still enjoyable. However, Some servers weren't the best. After we refused to tip, the server didn't come back to serve us and made excuses and attitude each time. So heres how it all went down, we were playing cards at table when customer who had sat next to my brother for a while and then was sitting in between both my husband and I. He answers a video chat and the person on the chat says " we must pray that we don't have it and they all tested positive, we have to pray that we don't get it". My instant thought was to put another mask on now wearing two. I looked up and realize my husband on the other side of him was now wearing his n95 mask for added protection. Customer leaves and I look up and ask my husband if he heard that. He said yes. To which dealer chimes in and says oh your in the wrong place if your worried about covid. He commented something about touching cards and chips. I told him its just my father died a few months ago of covid related causes and my husband almost died in January as a result of covid issues,so I feel concerned. He went onto comment about kids at his daughters school had covid being passed around and basically if im that concerned this was the wrong place for me. Something to this effect. Then allows the guy who potentially exposed us to just go to another table once again sitting next to my brother. It took everything in me not to ask the customer if he felt a concern why was he even there, and if the dealer suspected any exposure at his childs school why was he at work, and why did he allow customer to remain playing and not ask him to leave???? In the name of public health and safety and flattening the curve why is this ever allowed and how is this safe for my family or the community? We go there from time to time and I feel sad because I even told dealer about the most painful thing in my life and he just went on and allowed the guy to continue and voiced his personal defense as to why I shouldn't be there if I felt the way I do. Im disappointed. I hope the guy was not sick Im just sad that we have to worry about this while coming there and not sure if we will go back as we all felt super angry. Even spoke to other customers in parking lot about it. People started walking out after that not just us. Totally not cool!
