Thoroughly inspected the (gas) fireplace, provided great direction in terms of maintenance of the lava rocks the logs, the whole setup, and got up on the roof to inspect the top of the fireplace and the flue, and even rearranged the gas logs in a formation that is absolutely perfect and I never plan to touch again. The inspection was thorough and we got pics of all the areas of the A/C that were checked. Jacques then suggested that we get a surge protector that they could install since there is no protection from a main line electrical surge. Makes sense. I don't want my brand new unit to get ruined. I recommend Russet. They have been my service company for the last six years and installed my new A/C and gas heat pump last November. They even hooked me up with a finance company -- Good Leap -- that works with my personal credit union. No "for profit" bank or strange finance company involved. No complaints about Russet.

Three days later I get a text message that says they can not come on May 3rd. They have to reschedule me for May 30th !!! Needless to say I am mad, waiting almost 3 months and now they cancel. I told them to forget it! Today 3 days before the original date of the 3rd I get a phone call, asking if I want the 30th date. I already told them NO. Unreliable outfit. They have no business advertising their services from Phoenix to Tucson if they know they can not service it. Their excuse was that they don't have a service team now in Tucson. We were able to get an appointment quickly. Lucas showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He was professional and thorough. The last people who owned the home had an addiction to the plug-in air fresheners, and the house had an overwhelming smell of air freshener. Cleaning the ducts greatly reduced the smell in the home. Lucas also cleaned the dryer vent, which was completely clogged and could have been a fire hazard had we not had it cleaned. It was simultaneously fun and gross to see everything that came out of the duct work and dryer vent. If you are purchasing or have recently purchased an existing home, I highly recommend getting your duct work and dryer vent cleaned.
