As I eavesdropped, the man told the listener how small leaks could be repaired, but only to call D & H as they were the best in Tucson. I remembered that conversation two nights ago when our house reached 85°. We called D & H and Moises and Isaiah were here first thing in the morning. They checked the condenser-- measuring outputs and levels of various aspects, and, at my request, shared all the information with my husband and me. It was apparent that our twelve-year-old air conditioner had died. Moises called his boss on speaker phone in our living room so that all of us had input on the brand we would get and how much the new system would cost. We worked out a fair deal for all of us. Imagine our surprise when Jeremy and Caleb showed up just an hour or so later and quickly got to work! These two men worked though the 105° heat with no complaints in order to give us a much cooler house that night. They double-checked their work, measuring the temperature coming from the vents, made sure the furnace worked, and, despite their exhaustion, hauled away all the boxes, old A/C unit and various pieces of trash that someone else was supposed to have done. I don't know that we've ever had better, more considerate or thorough workers than those two!
