It was scheduled to arrive after we returned. After a few days, no mail. So we went in and asked if we could get our held mail. We were told that all held mail had been delivered. Literally, 4 months later, we get the mail. Fast forward to last week. Our neighbor knocked on our door and asked if we received a package. We had not. Apparently, the post office told her that they delivered it to her house. Then they told her they put it in her mailbox. Then they told her they put it on our porch and gave her our address implying we stole her package and saying to her, "we're not supposed to do this." I then get a note from the postal carrier asking we return the package they mistakenly delivered to our address that we never received! A few days later, I found the package on the side of my house in a garden bed when I went to clean out leaves. So not only does this place illegally give people addresses out to disgruntled people and accuse it's customers of being thieves, they can't even do their damn job and deliver the mail.

The male took my application and right away noticed that I have written my driver license number in the section under the line which is for the signatures. I didn't sign anything just my driver license number which I am suppose to have there anyway. He could've verified and move on but he preferred to be entertained on my expense and kept "what do they say here, can you read..." bs like this. I am a person with impaired vision, blind without my glasses. Took me long time to fill this application the day before and one thing I do not understand, whose idea was to have the drivers license info in the same section where the signatures are. It makes zero sense to me. You enter all this other personal info including SSN in "normal sections", but somehow the driver license it in the section designated for the signatures. I told I don't see what he problem is you can compare and see the numbers are the same, then I will sign right in front of you. This was not satisfying to him. My wife tried to interfere and suggested filling another application but she was told to stay away "We got it". He preferred to continue the humiliation of the disabled person. This Post Office is tucked off to the side on Orange Road near 23, and I actually missed it the first time I went, expecting a much larger and imposing building. There is ample parking space and a turn-around, which makes it easy to deposit mail into 3 different mailboxes and for folks to exit while others enter. Despite being small, this Post Office is always busy and traffic entering and exiting the narrow driveway can get a bit dicey at times. Despite the compact size and entryway, the customer service at this location earns it top marks. I was actually taken aback by level of friendliness and courtesy by all workers at this location. I've never had a bad experience and although always quite busy, the line moves quickly. Surly government workers at other locations should visit and get a little inspiration and some best practices.
