I called Love Your Carpet to clean my carpet before moving into house, and after finishing the "cleaning" within 1.5h for 2400sqft house i was pretty disappointed. It actually looked the same as before cleaning with all the yellow stains, and was just wet.. and they told me it will look better when it gets dry. I wonder how they got so good reviews here. read more

We hired Love Your Carpet to clean out a bedroom carpet that honestly had the room smelling so bad after the previous occupant moved out. Travis was so nice and respectful. He cleaned three bedrooms and a rug. It looks so good and smells even better! They are great and I would absolutely recommend them! I'll be calling them again when needed! read more

Love your carpet is our go to when needing carpet and upholstery cleaning. We call the multiple times a year because we have a little dog that loves to mark. I can't say enough good things about this company and Steven ( the owner). He's extremely responsive and always on time. It's very helpful their system also notifies you when they en route because it gives me time to grab my dog so we're never surprised or wondering if they're coming or not. It's important to note that when they're done cleaning, your carpets/ upholstery look and feel clean. Other companies I've used leave the carpet soaking wet and take days to dry or it's so dry, it's like they never cleaned them. Love your carpet is a perfect balance so the carpets dry relatively fast and smell great. If you're needing carpet or upholstery cleaning, this is the company! read more

Steven Correa did an awesome job cleaning my very dirty carpet with dog pee. He sprayed chemicals to get rid of the dog pee and very dark stains. I should have taken photos...the BEFORE and AFTER. Love your carpet has come to my house on two occasions. They have cleaned both my carpets and my couches . On both occasions they have done a wonderful job , I have tried at least 3 other companies in vegas and love your carpet has by far done a way better job then all of them . I have two large dogs that pretty much destroy my carpets and furniture and they do a wonderful job at cleaning up pet stains . A few things I would like to especially note about the company is that they do not leave carpets super soaked after they are done and also that the carpets do remain clean for sometime , unlike other companies that I notice one week later the carpets are dirty looking again . I would highly recommend the company to everyone . read more

Steve's been cleaning the carpets, upholstery, and tile on our ranch for many years-5 of which I've been working/living here. I cant believe I've never left a review! I have nothing but great things to say about him and his abilities. I trust him to know exactly how to care for our homes and he's never let me down. He's kind, responsible, skilled, and trustworthy - what else could you want? Today I came home to find he actually got the grease stains out of my carpet from the dog's ointment (it's always the dog's fault, isnt it? Love Your Carpet did their best. I called them out to try and rid the house of the numerous dog pee stains and horrible odor that our new dog did to the upstairs carpet. There were so many stains as the dog had been peeing all over without our knowledge. The company is reputable in that their quote was exactly what they charged and it was reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional on the phone and when they arrived. They were on time and were able to come out right away. The odor is definitely gone but most of the stains remain a few days after they were done. I don't really blame the carpet cleaners. I just don't think the whole business of carpet cleaning is doing more than just putting lipstick on a pig. The only way to truly get rid of deep stains is to get new carpet. Every time we clean the carpet professionally, no matter the company, the deep stains never really come out. So Love Your Carpet is great and I'd use them again if the odor gets bad. But hardwood floors may be a more permanent solution. read more

He said they would call him when they were 30 minutes out. I wait til 430 pm and no one came or called me. I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

Got new carpeting before my dog was fully house trained. Twice Stanley Steamer tried to remove the stains without any success. We were ready to replace carpeting that was less than 2 years old.
