There were…read morebubbles everywhere, and they didn't even bother to clean up--leaving drip marks running all the way down my paneling. It looked like a rushed, careless mess. When I went back, they claimed the tint was "insured" (whatever that actually means) and agreed to redo it. Somehow, they managed to make it even worse. There were more bubbles, scrape marks on the tint, and--unbelievably--they chopped up the paneling where the window rolls into the door. I have no idea how they managed to cause that much damage over a simple tint job. The owner was rude and dismissive, making excuses instead of taking responsibility. Well, come to find out, his sister is the one who does the tinting, and based on the results, I'm convinced my 12-year-old niece could've done a better job. To make things even more frustrating, he did offer to replace the damaged seam--but it took two months to get the part from him. He promised to fix it himself, but, he dodged every single one of my calls and voicemails. Clearly, once they take your money, they couldn't care less about customer service. To top it all off, the shop itself is just as sloppy as their work--dirty, dingy, and unprofessional. Ultimate Audio & Performance is a complete joke of a business. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

The place is well stocked, and the clerk did come out to test my battery and offered to give me a free jump start, but he refused to actually install the new battery even if I paid, so what good is that? So I guess I'm really a fan of his friend and not exactly of this business, which is a franchise after all.

Afternoon arrives and parts are here as promised! However i realized i needed 1 more of the same part, so the manager orders another and promises it'll be here by 3PM. Store closes at 4PM and he said if i couldn't make it in time to give him a call and he'll personally wait a little past closing. Also bought some other items from them that were in inventory and staff was very very helpful. Sad that i didn't discover NAPA sooner - they have earned my business over other chain automotive parts stores. 5/5 stars... great customer service, friendly staff, and well organized location. I let them do that & I went there and paid. When I was going to leave, in the lot , my brake pedal went to the FLOOR. No brakes. I spoke to the same guy and asked what the hell happened . He got in the car to see and said "the car was like that when it arrived" it was not. Then , he began to get arrogant and cocky stating "miss ... I'm not paying for your brakes!" He spoke to me like I was running a scam on THEM. Like I was trying to get some free work. I was cursing at being accused of such a thing and he had the audacity to point out my language. I stated we should call the police . I just wanted it documented. Then the nasty manager said "well take a look at it for no charge to see what is wrong" I get a call , they were asking for over $2800 !!!! Full brake assembly. Rotors , pads , etc. I had it towed to the shop of a mechanic who used to own a towing company. He stated there is no way this damage was created by the tow. I've contacted Firestone corporate and filed a complaint. I'm also filing in small claims court. Was it worth it to try and milk me for more money Jonathan ? Because I'll see you in court. The damage they did is $500. A lot of green between 2800 and 500. Firestone Bayonne are scam artists. They are robbing customers. We're not done here. Promise
