He realized the onr we just purchased isnt the correct it as it replaces the entire unit aside from just the blade So we had walked back in and he rechecked their stock the piece we needed they did not have in stock. They did offer to have the item shipped back to this location from another store. so another guy by the name of Mike helped us with that. It will arrive Monday!!

'Auto Salvage' is a fancier way of saying junkyard. But junkyards don't have to be those run-down…read moreyards with a chained up rottweiler salivating over the thought of crunching into your bones. Nope, not at all! My dad is a frequent here as he enjoys fixing up cars and I went with him one day because this place also sells cars and he saw one that he liked driving by. We went the day after a big snow day and were not allowed to go into the yard because of ice, which was actually really thoughtful. The guys there did help answer all of my dads questions about the vehicle and they laid it out to him honestly, telling him what was wrong with the vehicle, the make, the model, the year and an estimate on just how much it would cost to get it in good running order. I know my dad has also picked up spare parts from here and we've benefitted from it by such little things as windshield wipers and I think tires too. Just a quick note about the street it's on: it's a super commercial road so it has a lot of work trucks barreling up and down. At it's worst it has giant potholes and also can be addled with nails that have fallen off the trucks. Be wary and vigilant when driving around here!

I'm pretty sure it was the blond ponytail guy, and another guy, but they were ripping on each other so hard, and creatively, I was cracking up just standing there. They were as funny as Howard Stern (at the time, still in his prime), and I told them they should have their own radio show. Fast forward to today, I stopped in to try to junk an old car, and they were still as polite, courteous, and professional as before, only this time they went above and beyond to help me out. We couldn't make a deal, but they did refer me to a colleague who gave me the best price. Who ever is running the show over there is doing a great job, because it's always a pleasure to stop in. Fantastic shop, these guys set the standard of customer service, regardless of industry. Thanks.

If you so happen to make it to the counter, staff don't know how to look up parts, didn't know what the store rewards program is, purchases rarely count towards their reward program because info is never entered. The purchases that does make it into the system earn reward balances but if they don't know how to enter info into the system, what's the point. Your balance will just end up expiring. I'm feeding the cashier the part number on the autozone app and they can't find it in the system and needed manager to point it out. Manager busy running cashier and commercial accounts. Parking lot is just one big repair shop, with trash everywhere and dozens and dozens of containers of used oil everywhere. Maybe it was just because it's sunday but still........
