Was looking for a remote start for my truck was told $150 installed over the phone so thought that was a great price . Drove the 45mins there and was greeted with Orlando there manger/salesman. This man was salesman of the year with the crap he feed to me . Oh you have what car you need this this and this for it to work. Up sale number one So what's it going to coast me $250 You sure this is going to work no problem.. he assured me yes my friend no prob. Then Orlando maybe 50 years old started to talk about new years and being at hard rock clubbing .. no one cares about 2 hours go by and after listen to Orlando talk for that whole time I was ready to leave . Checked it out was working okay . About a hour after I noticed there no beeps when I lock or unlock the car there was before .. so I reach out and he says bring the car back we will take a look .. 45min drive back to Orlando . At this point I'm getting upset . So now the salesman Orlando tells me .. wait this set up you got isn't a alarm it's only a remote start . What are u talking about .. ya ya if u want the alarm that's extra . What do u mean extra like why didn't u tell me this before hand when we was going over the systems and u already charged me $250 . At this point I want to remove the remote start and say screw it all . He gets me like a sucker telling me he's going to add in this and this and make it right but he still needs to pay the tech because it's a new ticket . So like a dummy I went for it . He got me for $500 all in all . I'm a college student with massive amounts of debt but who needs a car to get to school. I called this shop and asked to schedule an appointment, was told to "just come in." Then I drove from Brooklyn and was told to make an appointment for a weekday. The person behind the desk proceeded to lie and say no one called their office today. Then when I showed him and the other person there my phone where you could see that I called, TWICE, he said I spoke to someone in the head office because they didn't pick up the phone there. My thing is...if you're going to make me burn gas, waste time, and hurt my dignity then just go ahead and just say we don't want Groupon... So I went for tints that was offered on Groupon, I called in advance and they told me to come in person and they'll honor it.. I specifically asked if its my choice of tint and the person I spoke to said yes.. After I spent 45 min in traffic to get there they tell me they only do the Groupon on weekdays.. After noticing one of them feeling I came back to have them fix but I did not have my receipt fortunately they remembered who I was and agreed to repair my window. I'm went in for window tinting. I wasn't sure of the percentage to ask for but I told the guy I wanted my front windows to look like the back. He said thats 20%. When they completed the work my front windows weren't nearly as dark as the back. Not even close. When I spoke to the worker about it he said it was the same as the back and was very dismissive. You don't get what you ask for at this place. I've used this place years ago but I will never go back to them. Go elsewhere for service. read more

I hate this place. I discussed tinting my car online with someone named Orlando Adams before I arrived. I drove all the way from Queens. No one talked to me. Not even a "Hi", or "How may I assist you?". EVERY time I tried to consult somebody, they said "One second". NO ONE ASKED ME WHAT I WAS IN THERE FOR . I HAD TO EVENTUALLY WALK UP AND ASK THEM: "Can you tint my car?" The man didn't even look at me. He looked away and said "Wait". So I waited EVEN longer until he refers me to another unreliable guy who also tells me to "Wait". I insisted I needed service or at least some sort of feedback. It seems like they were helping EVERYONE except for me. Almost like he was doing it on purpose. I felt like I was begging. Until I had to catch myself and realize: I'm being ignored. Bad service. Worst people. And for me to drive so far for unprofessional service and lack or communication... I don't recommend this place to anyone. We are not desperate for common car services. They are incredibly slow, and lie about how long it's going to take so you leave your car. I also heard one of the employees call someone the F slur and say he was going to overcharge (in Spanish, because he didn't think I would understand) because he was upset with him. I did get my starter and door locks installed and they appear to work, so that's something I guess. read more

A bunch of phony's that try to scam you. They don't care about helping you out it's all about how much they can make off of you so don't be vulnerable and turn them away. I went into Custom on a Sunday to have a booster radio antenna installed. I must say that the customer service was outstanding & their work is outstanding. My radio reception works far better than with the old factory antenna. Definitely use these guys for you audio needs. read more

Great place to get your window tints done. Very fast and friendly service. Orlando took his time and went over tint shades with me. What also sold me was the reasonable cost of the tint and guarantee of his product. They also do many other things besides window tints. I highly recommend this place. read more
