They take great care of me and now my husband. My first visit was in 2014 when I chipped a tooth one night. Admittedly I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, and I was scared to death! However Dr. Kyle and his assistant Chris were phenomenal at calming me and helping me. Ever met a dental assistant who holds your hand for the numbing needle because you're a late-20's something woman who's scared to death of being poked? Well that day I did. :) They found I had a few cavities (dang soda and candy!!) and took care of me over a few different visits over the span of 2 months. Even when my face swelled from a slight reaction, they took care of me right away! I have all of my routine cleanings done here. Natalie their dental hygienist is literally one of the nicest people I know. Her assistant, Holly, at the time (now on maternity leave I believe) is also one of the nicest people I know. They make you feel super comfortable and are really gentle. If you want a dental office filled with rude people who don't care about you - don't go here. If you love friendly people with a genuine concern for your oral health - stop looking and call and make an appointment. :)

I was quickly and pleasantly surprised by the inviting office environment, comfy couch, and friendly office staff. I had a very short wait and Chris led me back to the exam room. He was knowledgeable and precise and made me feel confident I was in the right place. Dr. Rosenburger was warm, friendly, and welcoming as soon as he stepped into the room. I felt very comfortable during the entire exam. I have now returned for a second appointment to have a lower tooth extracted. I was VERY scared about it being seven months pregnant and knowing I had limited pain management options for after the procedure. Once again the doc made me feel calm and comfortable. He rubbed a numbing gel on my gums and I didn't feel anything! Not the shots to numb the tooth, not the drill and none of the extraction!! It was a difficult extraction and I even needed to have a few stiches, but I felt nothing. I used Tylenol every 2 to 4 hours for one day after and now I feel as good as new. No wonder this office is on the list of best St. Louis dentists for 2015! My entire family has just found a new dentist.

They made me feel as though I was a million dollar patient. They went far above their duties to not only help me sort out my insurance issues but also to make sure that I was comfortable and pain free while my surgery was being performed. The Dental Surgeon, Dr. Alexander, is one of the most personable professionals l that I have come in contact with. He treated me as a person and not just another patient. When I had a problem obtaining my prescribed medication after office hours I called his answering service, not expecting a solution until the office reopened on Monday. I was surprised that within an hour of calling the service I received a call back from Dr Alexander himself. He even gave me his private cellphone number in case anymore problems should arrive. Who does that in 2025? As much as I try to avoid the dentist, I can't wait to go back.
