Unfortunately, this expectation was not met. Staff members were not prepared or present in a timely manner, resulting in unnecessary delays and a clear disregard for my time. Additionally, during a customer discussion, another employee inserted themselves into the conversation in a manner that was unprofessional and inappropriate. This interruption was neither necessary nor handled with the level of courtesy one would expect in a professional environment. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of organization, internal communication, and respect for clients. I believe it is reasonable to expect punctuality, professionalism, and proper staff conduct--especially at the rate being charged. I request that this matter be reviewed internally and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure similar situations do not occur in the future. I got my first ever piercing here about two years ago: a nostril piercing. I was brand new to the…read morescene, so I had no idea I needed to lean my head back when getting pierced, and my piercer didn't tell me I needed to do so. Well the needle goes in and I accidentally flinch a little bit. Clearly annoyed, my piercer told me she had to redo it because I moved. With tears in my eyes and blood trickling into my mouth, I leaned my head back while she re-pierced the hole. After a year, I had a little scar around my piercing, but I just tried to ignore it. Cut to another year later, and because of that scar, I'm still having tons of trouble with this piercing. I'm really frustrated because now I have many other piercings from different locations and I haven't had a single problem with any of them. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with this place :(

I made an appointment with Brad and left my $100 deposit…read more Not even two days later, I was getting my central AC unit serviced and was told it would have to be replaced immediately. I contacted Brad and told him I needed to cancel indefinitely (this was a week and a half before the appointment). He never said he worked on the design and then said it was shop policy that deposits are nonrefundable. I go to the website and screenshot the blurb about deposits and the word "nonrefundable" was nowhere to be found. THE NEXT DAY, THE WORD "NONREFUNDABLE"WAS ON THEIR WEBSITE IN BOLD LETTERS. Nice try, dude. I messaged the owner, Doc, and he gave me the same crap story, even when I pointed out that was never in writing on the website. That's how you run a business?! Avoid this place! Not only are they overpriced, they are incredibly sketchy and dishonest.
