I just moved to chicago...and already, someone BUSTED out my side window. Of course, they decided to bust out the most expensive one (I have a convertible so it's the window that's attached to the convertible top). Well, I called around EVERYWHERE...safelite quoted me at 800 and garber at 500. Seriously...so, I was under the impression that I was going to be paying around 500 no matter what. Well, after going to two other places and having horrible experience with their customer service (aaron's glass being one--and 250), I called archer and got a quote for 70 dollars...WITH installation! So, I just actually got back from there...they did a wonderful job, replaced my window quickly and with tax I ended up paying a little more than 70. I'll definitely go back! read more

Extremely happy with their service. My insurance agent suggested Safelite so I called them and was quoted $275 and a 60 to 90 minute wait time to replace the rear passenger window on my 2013 Honda Civic which I found ridiculous. After some searching online I found this place. $120 and 40 minutes later I was on my way with a new window. They also cleaned up all the glass inside my car and were very polite. I looked at Yelp before I went to this place, dreading having to go and get a new windshield, thinking it was going to be a hassle. I went in, the price was VERY reasonable, good customer service and there were 4 people ahead of me and I still got out in 1hr 30mins. I called around and found this place was within $5 of the cheapest quote I received. Stopped by later that day and they took me immediately -- a little more than an hour later I was driving off with a new window. They even cleaned all the broken glass out of both the front and back seats. The waiting room was clean and smelled nice -- not always the case in garages -- and the lady at the front desk was polite and friendly. After getting a crack in my windshield I went to the closest and quickest place, Archer Auto Glass to have a new windshield put in. They bent my windshield arms and left a gap between the bottom of the windshield and the car where water will leek in. OMG Great price!! Had front windshield for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler replaced with OEM Mopar Gorilla Glass and both front windows tinted for $505 out the door. Oh yea!! that's right : ] The glass alone is $500.00 online. The local Jeep dealership wanted $700 for the glass and $250 to install. Very fast install like an hour. Had to get my rear window replaced after a rogue golf ball came crashing through it, shattering it completely. Archer Auto Glass replaced the window for a little over $150, which was a great price being that most other places charge that amount for service alone. I took my 27-year-old car in for a new windshield about a year and a half ago. They charged $120, which was lower than any other place, and did a good job. While they were replacing it, the worker called me onto the shop floor to show me how rusted the frame was around the windshield, and that he wouldn't be able to guarantee no leaks. I understood that, (it was 27 years old!) but told him to do his best. A year and a half later, still no leaks. Good job! Done well, and in a very short time, and for the best price. Appt was set for 8am and the receptionist didn't arrive until 8am and the workers arrived 10 minutes later . The tinting process takes 2hrs said the receptionist. I been here 2hrs and 20min trying to be nice about the late workers. Having to wait another 30 minutes.hopefully the work is superb or I'll be on here again. I called in yesterday morning to get a quote. $160 for my husbands 2017 Camry with a lifetime warranty!!! I asked if they had availability that same day and they did. I went in at 1pm they told me it would be 2 hours but it only took about one and it looks amazingggg!! It was a surprise for my husband and he loved it! I will gladly go back in the future. I called around to several places and you can't beat Archer Auto Glass' price and service. My husband's 98 Ford Ranger apparently had the passenger quarter glass shot out in Elmhurst this week. We didn't want to make a claim on our insurance so I shopped the repair around. Archer was cheaper than me ordering the glass and replacing it myself! I will definitely drive back to get more work done by Archer. Great folks they even vacuum out your car for you. If I could give them six stars I would. I had gotten one quote for $450!!! This place is AWESOME!!!!! My 2016 Hyundai Tucson got a crack down the middle of the windshield. Called and did a few estimates and they gave me best price after 5 other business estimates. I took the vehicle so they could see the damage then they let me know that the windshield for my vehicle would have to be ordered. This place is great. I got a quote for a new windshield that was 274. Outeageous! Called up a bunch of places and Archer Glass told me 132. I couldn't get in for a couple days due to work and the morning before I went I called to double check. Sure enough the quote was exactly the same. Drove down there and they took me right away. Within 45 minutes I had a brand new shiny windshield for less than half what I'd been quoted by the other company. Hopefully I won't need a new windshield any time soon, but if I do, I know exactly where to go! read more
