Victor cleanly and safely removed the broken glass and came back a few hours later with a replacement piece. By 4pm, the entire project was done, and only one other company had even messaged. Price was great and the service/speed was amazing. Note - Victor used the broken pieces as a template to cut the new one - so don't throw out the broken glass if it's a unique shape! Him removing it helped him make a new one and prevented me from having to deal with the old broken one.
