I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. We recently moved into a new home that came with existing Hunter Douglas blinds. When we reached out to them for additional shades to match, the quote we received was astronomically high. Blink responded to my Yelp request quickly and, after reviewing photos I sent, determined they could fix the shade (one of three). Blink was able to come within the week and really knew their stuff. Not only did the gentleman fix the shade, he was able to replace another shade's motor so the set of three shades once again operate together via remote control. After selecting the quote for the windows we wanted to get done, a down payment was made and the windows were ordered. They came in a few weeks later and two of their team members came out to install them in the morning. Everything was done quickly and professionally with care. After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. I definitley recommend using Semko as they provided a very reliable service and also beat out many other window companies with their competitive pricing.
