I had rebooked for next Monday and even though I told the guy the address and service required (what is why they have to confirm) he said I still needed to answer their confirmation call on Saturday or Monday. After the install, I had a question about one of the windows since it looked like there was a small crack at the top corner and they sent someone out to look at it right away. It turned out it was just some glue residue that was attached on the inside of the window that made it look like a crack and was easly scraped off with a razor blade. He took the window back to his shop to install a new piece of glass, putting in the special gas between the panes that helps with insulation & energy efficiency. Despite paying over $70,000 for new doors and windows for the front of our house, the experience and quality of the install and product are horrible. The installation resulted in one of the sidelight windows on our door being shattered, and the replacement process took over 8 months because they ordered the wrong size window for the initial replacement. We live in the heart of Chicago and this posed a safety concern. This also caused us significant financial losses because we rent our house for production and photo shoots and were unable to do so with a shattered front door (which is front and center in our living room). To make matters worse, Revisions refused to offer any form of discount or credit for their mistakes. During install they also realized they didn't measure a door frame correctly which resulted in a change order and them charging us more than our contractual agreement. However we just experienced the biggest issue less than a year after our doors and windows were installed. The recent snow and rain in Chicago revealed a major flaw - the french doors in our bedroom are leaking, allowing massive amounts of water to seep in, which has caused significant damage to the trim, flooring and ceiling on the floor below. This experience has been a nightmare and the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They sell a commodity product -- look elsewhere and you will find much better quality and service. I wish I did.

Once we made our choices, Palma, they wouldn't order until they shut it out, their lead carpenter to recheck all the measurements and look at everything because he would have to install it. 30 years as a homeowner, I've never seen a place do that. Of course, the door was back ordered because of the pandemic and supply chain issues. Once it came in they not only worked quickly and efficiently, (ripped out the old door and all the side lights down to the sill and brick, reinstalled the new door and were cleaned up and out by 4 PM) an independent contractor that I've known for many years looked at it afterwards and commented he had rarely seen such high quality finish carpentry. The fit and finish is fabulous and the quality of the door is top notch. The old one leaked air through the top and moisture through the bottom. The new one is tight as a drum, and, though quite heavy, slides as smoothly as the door on a Mercedes.
