I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

They completely failed to measure during their initial inspection.To make matters worse, they charged me $300 just to reinstall my old sink due to their own mistake, and then aggressively tried to pressure me into signing a "completed work" form for a botched job, which I refused to sign. I paid my full invoice ($700 total--$400 for valves that were actually installed, and the $300 sink fee) under protest just to get them out of my house.Management refused to refund the $300 labor charge caused entirely by their own team's failure to verify dimensions.
