Today was my final straw with this company. Alex, the office manager, treats you like she's doing you a massive favor even speaking to you. Architectural Glazing redid the windows in my house, several of them came damaged. One of which was my sliding door that I was told not to use until they could get it fixed in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks went by and I happened to call and they had "just" got off the phone with the manufacturer and now it will be a couple of weeks more. Who knows if that's even true. Two of my windows have major drafts coming through them that I felt myself as did my tiling installer, and the AG owner stopped by to measure and decided I was lying. I called the office to try and find a solve and Alex provides ZERO solution except to say that I am wrong. I have worked with them on several projects, and received a variety of quotes over the last year and they will constantly raise prices if it's a single day past their last quote they gave you. They quoted me 12 weeks for my window delivery, it took 20 weeks. Their credit card reader is the only one in the world that can't run my business credit card (and I've truly ordered items internationally). Their owner mis-measured a window that arrived too big and they had to re-frame it and damaged my wall. read more

Had windows manufactured and installed by architectural glazing. The windows are great. The installers did $4,000 worth of damage to the stucco on my home. Rather than cut the windows out neatly. They hammered them out and left so much stucco damage that it cost me $4,000 to have the walls repaired after they left. I'm extremely disappointed. We paid top dollar for these windows we didn't expect to have to pay an additional $4,000 to repair the damage they did on their install. read more

AG recently replaced all the windows in my 40 year old home, from single-paned to double-paned windows. WOW! What a difference! We can no longer hear the nearby highway traffic or the neighbor's playing children or their music, unless the windows are open. The windows don't rattle when the military aircraft is overhead, nor do they sound like they will come out of the windowsill with small earthquakes. Additionally, the temperature in my house has been regulated, even with power outages. We cannot say enough about how glad we are that we chose AG! The staff was awesome. We broke our window in our living room, called AG they were out in an hour (punctual is their middle name). Measured the window, had to find the right manufacturer due to the special tint outside and was a dual pane window. Week later installed perfectly, like it never happened. We visited the Architectural Glazing showroom several times to research the options available to replace the existing sliding doors, floor to ceiling windows, and clerestory windows in our house. During those visits Steve, the owner, and Alexandra, the office manager, explained the pros and cons of the different brands. After discussing our concerns with the different options we decided on Western Doors + Windows and placed our order. Within 3 days a team from the company was out measuring the existing spaces where the replacements would go. Our new doors and windows were shipped and ready to be installed in about 3 weeks which was less time than they had originally quoted us. The installers, Paul and Houston, arrived early on a Wednesday morning and were able to remove the old and install the new sliders on that first day so that our home security was not affected. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up any mess they made. We were impressed that they were such hard workers and they seemed to enjoy their jobs. When they returned the next day I mentioned to Paul that there was an issue with the bedroom slider, it didn't close as smoothly as the living room's. He examined it, made a couple of adjustments, and then it moved effortlessly. They then installed 1 of the two clerestory windows which fit like a glove. It took longer than they had originally planned so the installers (Houston, Sal, Carlos) returned a couple of days later to install the 2nd half of the windows. Architectural Glazing does a 4 day work week so they don't work on Fridays. This was a little inconvenient but I also understood that it meant that they worked longer on the days they were here and accomplished much more with the added hours per day. With the new windows in place we have noticed a reduction of outside noise and how much cooler the house stays. We would highly recommend using Architectural Glazing for the excellent products they sell and more importantly for the attentive service they provided during the entire process. We can not say enough wonderful things about the installers and how hard they worked and how respectfully they treated our home. read more
