All i can say is that they are amazing. I used their services for my wedding back in September 2015. The photo booth was a success!! Everyone enjoyed it! The day of my wedding there was only 1 attended with a fairly big crowd but he did great! At first i was a little worried but he was on it! I can't think of his name at the moment but you rock! I could not say better things about Erin and highly recommend her for your elaborate and milestone events. We needed a last minute photo booth for a Wharton MBA Graduation Gala at the San Francisco City Club with a Great Gatsby theme. She was referred by our events coordinator at Coco Creations and we selected her based on the strong recommendation. Preparation: Erin came up with an elaborate and beautiful logo for our photobooth strips. She was patient and helpful even though we had little time to work with. Most importantly, she was flexible and open to coming early and creating the best photo booth environment for the venue. Day of Event: I showed up at City Club two hours before the event and the booth was well underway. As a testament to their professionalism, they created an open photo booth utilizing the beautiful art deco architecture of the venue. As expected, everyone had a great time and I awoke the next morning to enjoyment looking through my pictures. I met Erin 2 years ago at a wedding and I just loved how friendly she was at the photobooth! It was so much fun to be able to take as many pictures as you want with so many different props! We had to have gone about 5 times and she had the same fun energy everytime! My husband proposed to me months later and I just knew that I wanted Erin & her Archival Photobooth team to at our wedding!! I have been to a lot of weddings and had some pretty bad Photo Booth experiences. Then I experienced Archival Photo Booth and I realized how truly great a Photo Booth could be. First off, the whole set-up is unique and interesting, with the booth made out of old wine barrels or things like that! They never leave you high and dry, (like at one wedding when the thing broke and no one could fix it). We used Archival Photobooth for our wedding! Our DJ contracted them. There were a couple hiccups in the photobooth but I'm not sure if that was a lack of communication between Archival and our DJ. I requested a red curtain background but it was silver. But it looked gorgeous anyway!! The other hiccup was the size of the photos. I asked for the 2x6" strips because we were giving magnet frames for our favors. But I saw they were coming out as 4x6". I was a little freaked out. But our attendee Dustin was SO helpful. He made sure to change the format of the pictures to 2x6". In all the hecticness of planning a wedding I forgot that it includes an album and digital copy of the pictures! We loved looking through the album and seeing all the messages (and cute stickers!) our guests put into the book. It's also great that we received a USB with all the pictures and a link to their website with the pictures too! We had many compliments on our photobooth. I loved that the curtain background made it easy to fit up to 13 people in the booth. Guests loved the quality of the pictures and ALL THE FUN PROPS THEY HAD! These weren't flimsy props either. They had hats, random objects, masks... you name it. I also heard how well organized the prop table was! Erin was so amazing! Archival came as a referral from our DJ, AVL Entertainment. The wine barrel setup was perfect for our outdoor venue and Erin was so accommodating to meet us 2 times before the wedding to go over the details down to the lettering on the photo strips. after searching on yelp for prices for weeks I emailed a few ppl regarding some questions I had. Erin was the only one who got back to be same day, sometimes even same HOUR. she was so on top of it, so caring, and helpful that I knew I wanted to choose her company. And boy and I so glad I did. Her services were 10 star preformace. She arrived earlier than our agreement just to set up for me so ppl didn't see her setting up, she offered to buy more props ( but she had a za-zillion, so I didn't need her to) she offered any color as back drop, I got to design my own photo spead and logo, she made sure everyone signed my GUEST BOOK - scrap book where they put in a double of every picture they took so you have pics of all your guests (so glad I have them) sometimes photographers never get the whole wedding guests) and a short 2 weeks later I got a beautiful purple scrap book, which matched my wedding colors perfectly, and she designed the entire thing by hand! also was attached a 'thank you letter' to me for letting her be a part of my wedding! HOW SWEET, and lastly, a tiny box, inside the box was a USB with a tiny ribbon around it. Here, held every picture that was taken that didn't make it in the scrap book so I can post to face book or print out whatever I want! Erin is amazing, and she loves her job. It totally shows! if you don't use her services for the small about extra it may cost than others you will be surely disappointed! all the perks make up for it, and the quality of the work. The guests were having so much fun I ended up booking them for my daughter's wedding immediately for 2016. Eric Prescott, owner of Archival PhotoBooth, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to all my emails and questions. They are affordable and offer so many props! My daughter chose an upgraded package to have 50 props since there would be over 200 guests and they did not disappoint. Everyone's pictures are incredible! Archival PhotoBooth arrived a few hours early to set up and they ran smoothly and efficiently through the evening. Everyone raved about how much fun the photobooth was! There was also a guest book for people to place their photos and sign it for the bride and groom. They also offered these fun stickers to place in the book as well. It was just a really nice touch.
