I have been purchasing product from your company for years. I constantly have issues with my points. For some reason your system loses or won't track my purchases. I have addressed this multiple multiple times with the Happy Valley location with no fix. In all fairness I don't think it's this location's fault. I believe there is issue with your software. I have chosen to go to your competitor because I never get rewards. I am writing you because I truly like the employees at the Happy Valley location. I was spending anywhere from $75 to over $150 a week with your company. If you choose to resolve this issue and give my lost points back I would be willing to come back but I'm not going to keep purchasing from a company that doesn't take care of their customers. read more

They get 2 points for the staff which are usually friendly and knowledgeable. There have been a few exceptions but staff turnover is high so the bad ones usually move on quickly. I've purchased flower, prerolls, and vape carts here. My issues are with the flower, sometimes it is ridiculously old and dried out and sometimes less then a month old. Yet they are both on the same shelf cost wise. Additionally, I started weighing my flower when I got home based on my neighbors suggestion. I bought 4 8ths of various strains. The flower should come to 3.5 grams. 2 of the 8ths were 3 grams, 1 was 3.5, and 1 was 4. Seems like they need to calibrate their scales. Finally, electric lettuce has a very limited menu compared to other dispensaries in the area. I would love to see more brands offered because the Pruf Cultivar stuff is like Walmart great value. I just had the worst experience I've ever had. So I spend $20 then they charge me $3.50 so for one item is $23.50 because I used my debit card. Then my bank charges me $5 to use my debit card there. I asked about it because sometimes they give me money back. So I asked and was told it is what it is. Ok well that's weird. I need to find another establishment to get the wyld elderberry. I have always asked about my points. Weird because I've never used my points so you think that they would be accumulating but from what he said today I have no points and I spent 100 bucks a month so I definitely need to be looking into someplace else to go. Me and my best friend go to this electric lettuce location and we're always greeted with such friendly faces and such positive attitudes! Everyone is quick and efficient! You go in and they check your ID and you get to look around at all the THC things! They have a great selection. I usually purchase the hellavated carts and they're priced around $25! ALSO, normally it's annoying but If you sign up w/ the rewards or whatever it is they just take ur number and you fill the rest out at home and I'm pretty sure I got a discount when I gave them my number! 10/10 recommend this place!! read more

Budtenders here are super lazy takes about 10 mins per transaction where any other dispensary takes 2-3 mins, hours say there open til 9pm everyday but they will refuse to serve you past 8:50 exact Maybe needs to be updated to 8:50? Came in here for some prerolls and the selection was limited and spendy. I got two packs of prerolls for $44. Upon checking out, the worker rounded my order to $50 bc it's the shop policy to round to the nearest 10. I thought this was really weird, schemey, and unfair. Additionally, the nearest 10 would have been $40 and when I questioned they informed me that the shop only rounds up?. Lame AF. Illegal? So I took that info and picked out another thing for the $6 they were so willing to take from me. The prerolls were kinda dried out. It's unfortunate that this is one of the only dispensaries in the area that sells a certain type of joint I enjoy. The people who work here ate consistently rude. They never greet you kindly, it's always "ID?" Or "you need to wait outside". Never a hi, hello, nothing. It's literally jarring to walk in someone and be aggressively spoken to right off the bat. They are not at all organized with their COVID restrictions. Numerous times we've been very rudely told to wait outside when they HAVE TAKEN DOWN THE SIGN that states you must wait. Why take that sign down if you still require people to wait? How would anyone know? Leave the sign up! Employees argue in front of customers and have zero respect for each other either, which says a lot about this business and how they run things. read more

One star for having what I want to buy. negative 4 stars for treating customers like cattle. I am new to this area and Electric Lettuce seems to be the only pot shop within a several miles of the 172nd and Sunnyside area. This review is based on three visits to this location. I guess that is why they can treat incoming customers like cattle. You stand in a doorway until and budtender can hold your hand around the store. I have been in 10-15 different bud shops around town and they all have their own way of 'security' but this place goes over the top. This could have been my go to... but I'll shop elsewhere! read more

I paid $50 for an eight of their best stuff. I asked for a big tip nug. The bud tender gave me a nug that had the tip pinched off. Check your weed from these guys, they play games. I placed an online order for pick up and was given an order total for the purchase. When I arrived to pick up my order and pay the cashier gave me a total that was different from the price given to me in the online order. I asked if there was a reason for the discrepancy. The cashier got her manager that handles pricing, Zach. Zach told me that the online prices were probably off. When I asked if he could honor the price I was originally given he did not hesitate to say no and send me on my way. Though the cashier attempted to help resolve the issue the way I was treated by the manager at this location was very unprofessional. Definitely not a good business practice to refuse to honor your own prices. It's too bad because I just moved to the area and was looking for a staple neighborhood dispensary. The man that was helping me talked extremely loud, and it was very unsettling how loud he was talking it was almost like he was yelling at me. I was trying to ask a question, and he kept stepping on my sentences and laughing at me which was rude. All of a sudden the other worker, who was also a man, piped up and said that he was rude. Then I said, while pointing at the man that was helping me, he's rude? And the other worker said no you are. So I said I'm rude and he said yes. I said OK I'm so rude. I'm gonna take my money and go somewhere else so I went to nectar on 82nd and spent my $240 there and I gave them a $20 tip. Good to know that I won't be going back to electric lettuce to give them one penny of my money And it must be wonderful that they've got so much business(the parking lot was empty)that they can tell a customer they're rude and have them go spend their money somewhere else. I found myself at this location 3 times in last two weeks. I went in the first time for a specific size/brand rolling papers and found a good 1:1 product that I really enjoyed. So I went back the next day because of the sale going on. My last visit seemed very pleasant. A blonde with lots of tattoos and beautiful big gauges helped me, we connected over Thai food.... during the transaction they told me the price and it was such a good deal I asked them to to add an extra eighth, which they responded "two eighths?" I said yes and assumed that they had packaged me up two eighths. I was charged for 7 grams and two more packs of the organic hemp papers. Upon arriving home I thought the product looked short but just assumed the density could have been heavier then it appeared. I weighed out the product at 3.36 grams... less than what a single eighth of product weighs. I contacted the shop less than an hour after my visit and there was no acknowledgement that there could have been a mistake made... Id only recommend this shop if willing to play roulette for your medicinals. read more
