The woman on the phone first phone call just said she'll have the guy let us go through another wash -as if we wanted to do it again! We told her we didn't want to do it. She didn't want to give a refund initially. We called her again and told her that the employee here told us she would take care of our refund. She the. Asked for us to text her our card number and name, any proof and details to why we want to cancel and get a refund. I sent her a full video of the car, this list of all the things that added to our horrible experience, a photo of a license plate thanking her. Hours later, she calls trying to give us a bunch of excuses to why the car washes wasn't able to wash our car properly. We mentioned again not only the car washes wasn't, but the service and non working parts and she purposely ignored saying "mhmmmm" at first she didn't want to give a refund at all again. Then she said she can do a "partial refund" I am waiting on this partial refund which she needed to back up with excuses to why she couldn't give a refund for bad service. The fact that she was pressuring us to just go through the car wash again was so disappointing and upsetting. I really advise you all to please go anywhere else. It's one thing to have a bad car wash, but to have this kind of customer service as well- waste of time and money. This was the nearest one which is why we came, but it's worth the drive finding a new one.

That had never happened at this location so I figured they may have made some changes. Fast forward, I decide to inform staff member Rodrigo who was very polite and kind. Manager Angel came over and brought "before" pictures to show me that my bumper was slightly tilted meaning that it might've caught on during the wash. I asked for "after" pictures and he was very combative and raised his tone insisting on the "before" pictures. I told him that there was no need to raise his voice and be unprofessional and he simply shrugged and said he didn't see a problem with his tone. I asked if I could get those images and he said they do not provide them to people. The situation could've been handled with a lot more professionalism. His demeanor was very arrogant and dismissive. I appreciate Rodrigo being a lot more polite and understanding and even trying to help me. He asked if I was a member and thanked me for being a loyal member. I had never complained or filed a report for anything and this bad experience with their manager reminded me why. Simple, polite communication can go a long way in customer interactions and I hope they learn that. If this happens again to my car I will probably cancel and take it elsewhere. Sometimes their rotating brushes are way too harsh, and Prices have consistently been going up too.
