I drove by Union Auto Service and thank God I stopped. Misael and Cesar were awesome and immediately went to work at approximately 11:00am. They called me to come get my truck at 3:45, because they were done replacing all rear wheel bearings as well as replacing both rear rotors and brakes and mounting 4 new tires for me! They did excellent work and were the nicest mechanics I could have hoped for. If you ever need mechanical work anywhere near Bishop, CA you would be smart to go straight to Union Auto Service! I can't say enough to convey how pleased I was with my experience at Union Auto Service! I called four other shops who all gave me the runaround and wouldn't even commit to a price, these guys got it done fast, right and at a very good price!! A tow truck driver that we called recommended we drop our car at his shop and leave it overnight to be worked on in the morning. He called Cesar for us and set it all up. The next morning we spoke to Cesar who said he was going to buy the part we needed and would have it ready to go soon. We didn't have any way of getting back to his shop from our hotel, so he fixed the car AND came to pick us up. He charged us a more than fair price given what we asked of him. I would give him a thousand stars if I could. If you're in need of an auto shop in the Bishop area, definitely use Union Auto Center.

When we arrive, it was as promised. They immediately checked the issue and found the problem. Luckly parts were locally available that day. JS Automotive fixed it that day and we were able to continue our trip. From the outside the shop doesn't look like much and is situated in an alleyway. The guys at JS Automotive were great. From a pricing standpoint, they prices were what I would expect from any mechanic.
