I used their self-ordering kiosk, which I always appreciate. I like being able to take my time looking through the menu without feeling like I'm holding up a line or taking up an employee's time. I ended up ordering the horchata latte, but I was honestly impressed by the variety of drinks on the menu. My order was ready within five minutes, and my drink was actually pretty good. There was also only two employees there that I saw, so they may have been short staffed because they were constantly working on orders. My Cookie Butter Latte was creamy with biscoff crumbles on top. There was also the perfect amount of ice to keep it cool but not where a majority of the cup was ice. I also thought I tasted a hint of cinnamon in there. I could easily drink the whole thing in 3 gulps. My partner got the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. He's gotten this before, and has not stopped talking about it since. He was even telling me yesterday how he was super excited to go to Los Coffeeholics tomorrow to get his Mango Sticky Rice Matcha.
