Shell, thanks for being so conveniently located on my commute to work these past 3 weeks. Not only are your prices better than in Los Angeles, but you are very spacious. I'm not done yet...you also have a wonderful, clean, and convenient drive thru car wash you can purchase for $13...with a bonus of getting 20 or 30 cents off your fuel! I forgot which one it was. Then I was able to use my Ralphs Rewards for more money off!!! The car wash was a "magic wash" better than any of the ones I seen in other shells. But you have to drive onto a track. Someone came out to help me but I was still missing the point. Once I got it, the man was nice enough to actually soap down my front and back windshield by hand! Wanted to try to tip him whatever cash I may have had but he disappeared like a magical elf!!! All around wonderful experience!!! read more

Shell - Gas Stations Near Me - Valencia, California

This place is literally stealing money from customers. They will flat out refuse to give you change for what you've paid for. My girlfriend got gas and a carwash, they claimed they had to charge her more and then refund part of it because she got the car wash first. When they had to refund the cashier refused to refund the correct amount and said "Oh well" when she told him this is not how much it should be. Today, while waiting to pay, a woman who had just filled up her tank went up to the cashier to get her change. She showed her receipt, saying that she paid $60 and the change due was #40, but the cashier would not give her the change or look up the transaction. Stay away from this place, they should be investigated and shut down. read more

Yup a gas station review. But wait lemme tell you why this place gets it's stars. As you would expect it's a typical gas station serving up premium petrol for your ride. Upon first glance you think, hmm I guess I might go here - if I needed some gas. But there's more offered here than your average pit stop. While pumping you can easily get your fill of caffeine from the attached Starbucks. Hungry but are tired of the rolling hot dog rack? Grab a foot long in the also attached Subway! Not bad huh? There is also a good sized snack shack in the station too for your salty snacks and beverages. Restroom is available (don't expect too much on the hygiene). If you got some grime on the car head thru the drive thru car wash and get your shine on! Also if you are not into crowds for your java the Starbucks has a also a drive thru option. Not to shabby. This location is also super convenient if you are leaving the west end of SCV to head south on the I-5 freeway. Gas up and go! One drawback is that I noticed the prices for gas are slightly higher than in town, but you could always combat that with your Ralph's Rewards and $ave some cash!! read more

Horrible experience! I've frequented this gas station numerous times. Today will be the last. I paid for 20. worth of fuel, the gas wouldn't pump. As I was running late I asked for my money back. 15 minutes later the 2 clerks behind the counter refused to refund my money. They told me to call the police which I did. While waiting for the police to arrive I decided to call my bank to inquire about the 20. I was told they did in fact reverse the charge. The fact the clerks stated they were not reversing the charge when in-fact they did and I had to waste 30 minutes of my day to find out via my bank is pathetic! There are a total of four gas stations on the old Road I encourage anyone to go to any other station verse this one! One of the clerks name is Jose. I will be following up with both management and corporate. I would encourage anyone who had a similar experience there to do the same. read more

Great place!! Cashiers are awesome. Store and bathrooms are always clean. Store is very busy at times and hard to get into. That just shows how good the place is to me. I get my gas here all the time. Store has a nice selection of items with a Starbucks next door. They are now carrying healthier options. Great!! Don't have to drive to Ralphs read more

My new "favorite" gas station! Conveniently located, never too crowded. And if you get a car wash you get 30 cents/gallon off!!! Also love the car wash! I used to hate going to the car wash, now I go through every time I get gas. It has a belt that you drive on, so once you get on it it'll just pull you through the car wash until you're done. The vacuums afterwards are complimentary to use. And they always have someone manually scrub and hose down your windows and car prior to entering!! Great service - but if you want to tip them do it first thing because once they're done your carwash starts and they disappear back into the store :) But I really appreciate those guys!!! They're always super friendly. There are a bunch of restaurants in the same lot, but it never gets backed up and there is plenty of parking if you stop for a coffee next door afterwards. Haven't been inside their shop, so I can't comment on that. read more

Not so easy on and off gas station if you're heading South. You'll inevitably have to cross the road in front of a slew of oncoming traffic. During rush-hour it's damn near impossible. Inside there's a mini Starbucks with glass-eyed baristas. The Shell bathroom isn't the best, but definitely not the worst. Gas prices are always higher than most because of its proximity to the Interstate. Avoid if possible. read more

I don't know why people talk shit and hate on this Shell gas station. I mean, it's a gas station and not some gourmet restaurant. I like this specific Shell since it's closest to my home (residing near Copper Hil), it has the most pumps available, kind staff, a Starbucks, and a drive through car wash that is rather decent for what it is. The only problem I do have with this particular Shell gas station is when you're using any credit card based transactions at the pump. The pumps always seem to have problems when trying to verify a fleet card of any sort. Pump #4 always has problems and Pump #5 always has a piece of paper saying it's out of order. I'm here filling up on gas at minimum 2 times a week, so catch me checking in to this Shell here on Yelp. I currently hold #1 spot for most check in's. lol. read more

I don't normally review a gas station, but this one deserves its low score. This is one of those gas stations that has a Starbucks, a Subway, a drive thru carwash as well as a convenience store. It is also located next to an on ramp by the 5 which puts it in a prime location. The gas pumps seem to never provide a receipt forcing me to go inside, wait in line and have the clerk print one for me. None ever care that their pumps frequently do this, ever apologize or inquire. The staff that work there must be the most lazy and apathetic of any gas station/convenient store anywhere. I've been there with a line 5 people deep with no staff member in sight for 5 minutes until I decided to leave. I don't go there anymore and don't recommend it. read more

not a shell! it's conserv fuel now. the gas prices are good, the little mini mart inside is clean with great coffee/tea options, and a starbucks is attached. i'm keeping a bookmark so i know a good place to fuel up my tank and my caffeine deficit when commuting through the area. read more

Very reasonably priced gas and easy to get to if you're coming from the 5 south. They have a nicely stocked food mart and clean bathrooms. And there's a Starbucks drive thru connected to it. So Win Win! read more

Who likes pumping gas? Not me but this place had pumps and I was low so I came here. It was clean, well lit, and solicitor-free. What more can you ask for. Oh, and they still have the self-serve window washing squeegy along with the paper towels necessary to do the job right. Most gas stations won't spare the towels so you can't do the job right. But I do hate the televisions they have over each pump. Can I please pump my gas without being bombarded by ads? read more

I had an issue with the carwash here, my windshield broke after I went through the carwash. I brought it to the attention of the area manager and they responded to my complaint promptly and resolved the issue within a couple of days. read more

Been coming to this place everyday, seven days a week. I fill up several vehicles and purchase from the store every single day. After 2 years I'm finally sick of it! They upgrade their system and instead of being faster, it's ten times slower!!!!! Your average wait time in line is 5 to 7 minutes. Add that up everyday and multiple that by the year, too much time waiting in line at a gas station. When I go to 7-11 or anywhere else and get the exact same thing I'm in and out on an average of 1-2 minutes!!!!! Also the people who run the register act and look like "ZOMBIES" maybe that's why it so slow? Terrible, terrible wait times. I'm actually sitting in front of the place now and my wait time was 9 minutes!!!!!! One person working the register and 2 other employees standing behind the counter doing nothing!!!!! Also half their pumps are broken at any given time, the pumps NEVER have paper in them to give you a receipt and their water buckets to clean your windows are ALWAYS dry as dirt!!!! Today is the last time I will ever come here, I'll drive out of my way to not have to deal with this CRAP!!!! They will loose thousands of dollars a year from just me!!! Imagine how many other people will leave and the loss of revenue for this place!!!! THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE GAS STATION EVER! They give zero f*cks about you because they run off business from passerthroughs. Jose had the worst attitude at the front desk. My shell rewards card number didn't work and people were complaining. Jose said, "oh well, it doesn't work." A guy came in that put money in the air machine (which should be FREE) and the machine took his money and he got no air. He went in to tell Jose about it and Jose told him to call the number on the air machine as it was serviced by another company. Jose then told the guy, "whatever" when he said Shell should be responsible for the a machine on their property. Two of the pumps weren't working and when asked Jose why they weren't working, he said, "whatever, they're not working," with no explanation. He clearly does not care about anyone or anything. One person got upset that he had such a bad attitude and the guy said, I'm not buying gas here, I'm leaving...and Jose said, "whatever, leave...don't come back... bye!" There was a 20 minute line just to pay for your gas and get your gas money back. On top of that, their products are immensely more expensive than anywhere else. I highly recommend against this place... Jose is a big jerk and the gas station itself isn't any better.
