There's also a sign on the door telling you to treat their "frontline" nicely. LOL! What frontline? 3rd: My blood was drawn in a space that looked like a supply storage closet with boxes stacked to the ceiling. 4th: Afterwards, the phlebotomist asked for my electronic signature on a pad right beside her computer monitor. She told me not to look at her screen because it had patient information on it! THE PHLEBOTOMIST WAS GREAT, but Quest should be ashamed.

Luckily another patient allowed me to use his phone and I was able to call my doctor and get the orders sent to the lab. After waiting 1 1/2 HOURS I was finally called back to get the blood draw and the woman who drew my blood just about killed me. I'm black and blue from my wrist to my shoulder. She was rude and short with me and the whole place is incredibly mean and unprofessional. I hope NEVER to have to use this facility again because I wouldn't put it past them to hold this review against me and hurt me even worse next time.

This is a healthcare facility and you would think it would be cleaner. I would think healthcare employees would at least take some pride in their work environment and empty the trash and clean the bathroom. There were no other customers in there except for me, so I would think they had some time to get the place scrubbed and cleaned up. I have been there twice and both times I got bruising at the the needle entrance, which does happen sometimes but the filthiness of the facility did it for me.
