Avoid this lender they are inexperienced and will take 3 months to close, will send you multiple final closing disclosures. They are rookies in the mortgage world. Poor customer service, you will be kept in dark about loan progress and your emails or phone calls will not be answered timely. So my realtor recommended them to me since they supposedly close faster and give you more of an edge. i was with Wells Fargo in my two previous loans and loved my loan officer/contact. This company not so much. The communication was bad and there are too MANY people handling your loan to the point where you have to resend the same docs over and over! I wasn't pleased with this kind of impersonal service and in the end I have regretted going with them. They have ALREADY sold my loan to a shady lender (New Rez) that has AWFUL reviews where they do not pay your property taxes on time and ask additional paperwork like insurance that you already have, etc. I am not looking forward to working with this New Rez company. Just google them and you'll see negative review after negative review! I never knew lenders could just pass you and sell you onto another lender like a basketball and that you have NO SAY on WHO it will be. If they had to do this - they should have at least passed me onto a reputable company and not a nightmare like this New Rez. I absolutely do not recommend Arcstone Financial and Mardi and his team. They were nice and responded quickly but the headache and lack of team communication involved was not worth it!! Next time I will look for a more stable lender and even a different realtor - this time has been fraught with alot of headache and issues. Not sure why they have so many good reviews but as usual on yelp it could be due to that they work there or their friends leave reviews. At any rate, my experience was not great and I'm furious at them for passing me onto a low rated lender that probably will not be good for my loan and escrow!! read more

Ok these guys sucked. Kidding! First, my refi was a bit of a beast - I'm self employed (never fun) had a 2nd mortgage to pay off on one of the properties, and was doing 2 investment properties in one process.
