Fred Hakim .. where do I start!! He's like a car salesman. Only wanting what benefits him. Shark at best. We trusted him with our financials. To do the right thing. We went into escrow, on a townhouse. Paid for inspection, HOA certification etc. lost over 4500 to find out we wouldn't qualify. Because you can only go conventional. He was going with an FHA loan. He did this process. Knowing it wouldn't fly. Without 20% down. Not what we discussed. My husband gave him a big figure in the beginning. He was trying to max out.. and then some. He didn't have our best interest in mind. Just what my husband was willing to put down. I absolutely don't recommend him or his associates. Don't trust him. He's a fraud. *****in addition. No money was retuned for HOA certificates and inspections.***** I'm currently sitting in my new house. This is the result you get, when you work with professional lenders & Relator's.
