The only grip I have specifically with this location.....is that it is waaayyy too cluttered-- overstocked with just stuff everywhere! If you parked on the street nearby this store location, you better load up your parking meter to the max.... Because you're going to need the time to roam around this place. Not to mention, there is no parking lot or garage..... so you don't want your parking meter to expire because we all know parking tickets in DC is like paying rent or the amount of a one night hotel stay. lol Other than this, not a bad shopping experience here. There's something here for everyone when it come to looking for bargain clothing that's from designer labels and on trend. Also, one big plus about this Nordstrom Rack location is that they carry one of the largest selection of men's business wear and casual clothing. This location carries tons of business suits, dress shirts, ties and business casual slacks-pants. I think the reason for this is because this location is centrally located in the downtown DC area that is primarily surrounded by law offices, lobby firms, Big 6 consulting and federal government agencies. You often don't find this at a lot of Nordstrom Rack and bargain clothing, places like Marshall's/TJMaxx around the DMV. Heck...Most of these type of places tend to cater more to women, where women clothing occupy like over 50%% of the store and the men's section is left to about a shoebox size of mixed up clothing. And, don't even bother to ask if there is a men's shoe section. Most tend not to have one. At least if anything, this is not the case at this Nordstrom Rack. There are tons of men's athletic shoes, casual sneakers, great running shoes and dress shoes. In all, you can't go wrong shopping here. Lots of good finds and decent customer service. Just have a little patience and time to roam around this treasure trove!

The edit is solid -- everything from Hermes (yes, I spotted a pair of immaculate riding boots, sadly not my size) to The Row, Prada, Chanel... even some more accessible gems from brands like Mansur Gavriel. I lucked out and found a pair of Prada Monolith loafers that are still available in-store at full price -- except mine were half the cost and looked like they'd maybe been worn once. Maybe. Such a good score, plus I got to support a small business, which always feels better than buying direct from some corporate mega-retailer. And shout out to Julia, who works there -- she was fantastic. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, and when the right shoe went missing (yes, really), she helped me tear the place apart to find it. Their home decor consists of mirrors, pottery and glass pieces (including Polish pottery) and plenty of evil eyes. The owner is always very friendly and he told me they are doing fantastic in this new location, which makes me happy.
