Long drive thru line because inside dining is still not open (COVID 2020) I had to wait about 15 minutes; however, I'm chill and I'm sure they went as quickly as they could and my food was delicious! I LOVE their pastrami burger. It is honestly one of the best pastrami's I've ever had, thiccc and rich and complements the fries extremely well. Great price too. Other favorites are the fish/shrimp basket, taco salad, and cheese curds. I feel like it's a random smorgasbord but it always seems to hit the spot when I'm craving that. I usually come to AC for a corn dog, a quick snack on my way home after a long day at work. Today, I decided to grab my usual go-to but because the drive in line was backed up, I went inside to order. Once I looked the menu over, I decided to get a root beer float, mainly because it was almost $2 less in price than a shake. I also ordered the corn dog, and the server talked me into adding fries as a combo upgrade. It was a fast food fry fest and so unhealthy. But it really hit the spot. The fries were crisp and fresh and accompanied by the original fry sauce which had become so common in Utah. The corn dog was slightly doughy but good none the less. And the root beer float really took me back in time to remember when I used to come to AC with my grandparents in the 1960s. Back then, the burgers were really good, now, I regularly avoid them. I still go for the halibut on occasion which is hit or miss, but usually ok. Their shakes are good but now a bit expensive in my view. I was sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes told my order 5 times and they still got it wrong time his place sucks

Arctic Circle shakes are amazing and the drive through is typically fast. Neilson's is a popular custard diner nearby and I'll always pick Arctic Circle instead because of how fast they are. I always have good service from the people (mostly younger kids) working here and my orders are accurate. I love that they are open until 11pm on weekdays in the summer. I get their fries and lately have been enjoying their crispy tater tots (which you can get fully loaded with meat and guacamole). You can't go wrong with the authentic, original fry sauce, other than you have to be careful opening the containers, they often splatter. You'd think I'd learn how to be an adult and open thing carefully by now, but alas, I have not. I don't eat much of the food other than that though because I seldom eat meat, but that's fine with me. I use their drive-through quite often, probably 3 times a month with my kids and the service is always great. Nice, personable and once they left something out of my order and they were very nice and gave us a free ice cream cone. We have been patrons for decades. Sometimes things haven't hit "right on", but tonight was miss not only the bullseye, but the target completely. Halibut and chips was uber greasy, and NO tartar sauce. 2 of the 3 orders that had fries? No fry sauce. This Artic circle is the worst! We ordered chicken rings got home and had nuggets. We drove back to tell them and they knew the whole time. They said they needed to get rid of the nuggets bef cooking the chicken rings. Even though we ordered and paid for chicken rings. Went here tonight and ordered a taco salad. I've ordered that plenty of times and had expected it to be like every other time-usually pretty good! No fork so I had to wait to eat it and even with the delay, it tasted like all the ingredients had come from the freezer. Even the hamburger meat was super cold! Not was hot and got cold, but literally from a super cold fridge or a freezer cold. There was barely any lettuce and that was also super cold. And the shell was overcooked. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the food I ordered for my kids (mini corn dogs and fries) were hot and it was good. The service is hit or miss at this location and can often be frustrating, particularly if you have ordered anything with customization...no cheese or onions is a common request for us and commonly wrong. That said, when it is right, it is far better than most other fast food options and you cannot beat their fries with fry sauce (of course) and a like rickey. read more

They gave us a free banana and they put extra cream in our shakes they also let us pay with the banana they gave us and we were 25 cents off. I went to Arctic circle the other day and I had the worst experience there that will make me never come back. I ordered a milk shake from arctic circle and I waited for about 10 minutes to get my shake. While I was waiting there where the teenage workers who would walk outside the door right next to the drive threw and try and sneak a "smoke break" they are about 16 years old and they are vaping right outside next threw the drive threw door and you can tell they are just wasting time away. About 5 minutes later I get my shake. There where no toppings that usually come with this shake that I get. I go inside to let them no they screwed up my order. And the two workers said oh yeah. We just didn't feel like putting them on. And they just continue to laugh like there is no problem. I ask to talk to my manager and they look at me disrespectfully and then go and get their manager. When the manager comes over I let her know what's going on, and that I've been seeing their employees walk outside and start vaping when clearly they are under age. And I tell her about my milk shake. And all the manager had to say was. Okay. And then turned around and went straight back to working. Arctic circle is the worst place you can go to! They are always behind on getting you your food. And the customer service is just sad. There is non their and the employees and managers don't know how to greet or treat you right. Very disappointed. The food was fine, more or less what you would expect from a place like arctic circle. There were at least 5 flies constantly buzzing around, trying to get our food. The majority of the tables hadn't been cleaned off. It seemed like the workers didn't really care about the place. If you are hungry and this is close by, at least go through the drive-thru. We got the ranch burger, which tasted fine, but wasn't worth the 5.75 combo price. The fries taste good, especially with the fry sauce. My wife got the deluxe burger, which was similarly priced but tasted and looked better. Oreo shake to top it off, which was great. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!! My wife son and myself went for lunch here today. The entire experience was bad enough that I will NEVER eat at any Arctic Circle ever again! First the the snot nosed pimple faced cashier does is comments "let me guess... grandma, dad and grandson having lunch" which pissed my wife off at the very beginning. Then we order and pay and the cashier wipes his nose on the sleeve of his shirt... gross! I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad and when I get down toward the bottom of the salad I found a big dead spider IN my salad! The cashier walks over to ask how our meal is and I said horrible and showed him the spider to which his response was to just laugh and comment "doesn't surprise me, we have stuff falling into the deep fryer all the time..." Well that's enough for me, we got up and left without even finishing the rest of the meal. This is beyond gross and the attitude is pretty shitty way to treat your customers. Eat here at your own risk! They will probably move the snot nosed cashier back to the cooking area so as not to deal with customers any longer then who knows what will be in the food??? read more

This is the best Arctic Circle location! I love that they treat each customer in their restaurant as if they were waiting on you. They check on you, bring you complementary ice cream cones and our orders are always fresh and on time. They also accept old coupons, unlike other Arctic Circle locations. We've been here a total of 3 times, and they've managed to screw up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME! That's amazing! My standards for fast food were pretty low to begin with, but this place is a new low. We enjoy the prices, the shakes and sweet potato fries here. 4 stars because the tables aren't always tidy and parking can be a bit tricky. We do enjoy how they bring out the order to the tables, and every time we have been every few months, we have been treated well by the staff. read more
