When tipping is no longer my or others choice, don't be surprised customers are going to feel indignant. Cubby's system, at least at this location, is automatically set to give a tip. Make sure you select "no tip". Yes- I agree, I should've made sure, but it's set to give a tip as you're about to check out. A more appropriate approach is to have the system set at "no tip". This allows the customer to determine if "the service" provided was sufficient to be rewarded a tip. Lastly, I didn't feel it was appropriate to walk up to the staff and say, "I want that tip refunded"... as they're making my food.

He saw In n Out on our way to Target so of course we had to make our way in. He finally found something that sounded good to him. I really wish I can remember the gal's name who helped us. She was so sweet! She greeted us with the best smile. She helped my husband with his order. He's picky and didn't want all the extras on his double double, he's a simple kind of guy. We got all checked out and chilled in the dining area. It's so weird sitting inside this venue. It's so chill and cool. Our In n Outs back in Idaho are pure choas.
