I was going out of town in a few days and I was so worried that they would send it out of state to get it resized and I wouldn't have it on my trip. (This was the case for many friends who purchased from jewelry chains in Anchorage- their rings were shipped out of state to get resized.) But instead my ring was done in less than a day! They will remind me when it's time to get my ring repaired, I'll always be able to get it cleaned for free there, and they'll answer any questions I have. I went to the shop with my mom, we where looking around and my mom picked up a necklace in a bin…read moreright next to the jewelry counter the lady working there which I found out later was the owner yanked the necklace away from her. Well my mom and I left because it was rude, later I called to speak to the owner about what had happened because I thought they would want to know, the lady who answered the phone was the owner and I told her I was in earlier and the lady out front was very rude she began yelling at me saying I stormed out of her shop yelling, cussing and slamming her door and that I should be ashamed of my conduct and that her neighbors where asking what that was all about but there was no yelling, cussing, slamming of doors or storming out we just left, so I'm not sure if she knew she was wrong so she was defensive or what exactly but I know we will never shop here again after having stuff yanked out of our hands and being yelled at over the phone.
