Now it is my GO TO store for my own personal shopping, gifts and housewares. probably 70% of my clothes come from Penny Royalty. I can't find anything at Nordstrom that feels like it fits but I'll walk out of Penny Royalty with 5 new staples that feel like they were made for me. & that's not all! I have lamps, beautiful wine glasses, art, incredible jewelry, vintage copper trays, vases, hand poured candles in antique glass etc that adorn my home and make my house feel magical. Penny Royalty feels welcoming and kind of enchanting. It has changed my perspective on shopping and supporting local businesses because I always feel like I belong here. Nessa, the owner, is an amazing woman and she has an incredible eye and will help dress you and find the perfect pieces or gifts. Every time I'm in the shop there is a stream of people coming in and out just to see her and say "hi." I can't recommend this store enough. I've traveled around the world and been to a lot of cool places but I've never been into a store that is as curated as Penny Royalty. She explained she has had bad experiences of brides coming in just to find out the size and style they like, then going and purchasing elsewhere. She also seemed to have a bad vibe. She mentioned that getting the "this is it" feeling isn't common then said only 80% of women experience it. The whole experience was off putting in my opinion.

Like monkeys with a football 3 of them couldn't program the fob. Then the excuses started that the receiver in the car was the problem. Total B S the remote start ( which channels through the receiver ) works perfectly fine...even the old key fob will start the car. Then they hemmed and hawed concerning a refund.
