I provided supporting documentation, including photos taken after the treatment and text messages from the provider advising me to "wait more days." Despite following these instructions, the service never produced the expected outcome. Additionally, the provider did not offer to correct the issue or redo the service at no cost. Instead, I was instructed to cancel the dispute and rebook, which would require paying an additional $350. I do not believe it is reasonable to pay again for a service that failed to deliver the promised results.
