They have a real nice selection of hot tubs here from trusted brands like Sundance and Jacuzzi. The salesmen are very knowledgable and helpful. Terrible service. Would never recommend them to anyone. Lights on our brand new spa broke within two mos. While they did come out to replace and was covered under warranty they were difficult to work with. Warranty clearly states 3 yrs inside and 5 outside they r not honoring it. Jet now has broken again for the second time. They want to charge us $500 plus cost of jet. They refuse to call us back won't respond to emails. They r terrible if I'd only known and checked their reviews.... Id never recommend them. There service man are rude. Terrible read more

If I could give them a half star I would. I recommend driving down to the lower 48 for any spa parts or repair services, rather then deal with Terry or the service dept folks. After 6 months and 3 phone calls to get my pump fixed and a quote of $1400, I found an independent guy to fix it for $250 that didn't try to sell me a new pump, oh and had it fixed a week later. Meantime I spent all spring and summer waiting with no spa. After it was fixed I went back to try and get a new spa cover and got the same horrible service. Spoke to the manager Terry I believe who seemed very unwilling to sell me a new cover because he was worried about the corners fitting 100% . Went home and measured the corners called terry back twice and have still yet to get a return call. The story is a lot longer and with more frustrating details but those are the highlights! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I have several horrible stories about how they screw people over with the "service". They sent a guy out after I told them exactly what was wrong with the hot tub. Guy came out after a month and a half wait, observed what I told them, did nothing, and left. I got charged $199 for that privilege. Now they want me to pay them to come back out to "fix" it again. Then service manager became rude and belligerent when I called to discuss how they charged me for the tech doing nothing. read more

Absolute terrible support from the service department, and Greg is a complete jerk. Paid to have an inspection done on a tub purchased from them, that came with a house we bought. The tub was leaking terribly, but they assured us it was worth repairing. After 5 service calls between May and Sep and spending $5k on labor and various parts, the repairs were still not finished, a working heater was still not installed, yet they refused to winterize the tub before freezing temps hit. Greg did a complete backpedal and said he would never have recommended repairing the tub, and that they just did what I wanted. He then flip flopped again and said that he stands by their decision to repair, and that all the service calls were reviewed and approved by him. He then added that I am his least valuable customer, and I get what I get because other people who bought new tubs from them will always get priority. He is happy to let my tub freeze and destroy all the work that's been done this summer, and very nonchalantly blew me off. Will never speak with or use these guys again. Plenty of other local companies to buy a new tub or get service from. read more

We went to this store to purchase filter for Sundance spa last May. It was an older model. We gave the model # and details to salesman, who conveniently doesn't work there anymore, he sold us chemicals and the filter. We had a leak in spa and didn't get it working till this Summer. As we unwrapped our new filter and tried to put it in place it was clear something was wrong. After calling the store they quickly identified that they sold us the wrong filter but couldn't take it back because it was wet? A manager was supposed to call me the next day. 3 days later I called back and spoke to the manager who confirmed that the salesman that sold me the wrong filter was new and he wasn't there long. He changed the story from it got wet to oh, it was over a year ago. So which is it - because it's wet or too old. At least pick a story and stick to it. When I told him that he hung up on me. Worst customer service. New salesman sells you wrong product and consumer expected to eat it. Rude! And Rude manager. read more

A+ for customer service! Our experience working with Terry Donovan at Arctic Home Living was exceptional. He helped us find the product that fit what we wanted, taught us how to take care of the tub and water and worked with us to find an ideal time for delivery. We also had a very good experience working with the delivery crew and with the sales personnel when we have stopped in to purchase cleaning solutions since our purchase. We bought a Capri spa from this outfit to replace our older Jacuzzi. This one has demanded much more maintenance than our old one. Filters only last 6 months or so, are expensive and the inner filter cannot be cleaned and reused. The spa is noisy. It runs for 8 hours a day from midnight and made our deck hum so loudly it kept us awake until they came and put some foam insulation under it. Our old larger Jacuzzi never did that. It has a UV light that requires replacement yearly, and you have to drain the spa to clean the tube it is in. Their service is abysmal. We had a flow error, covered on warranty that we waited almost two weeks to get looked at, after we did an initial diagnostic for them. The spa has a white light on the outside that tells you when all is well. That light has stopped working, and 5 weeks later is still not fixed, and absolutely no word from Arctic Home Living as to when they imagine they will come replace it. It was supposedly ordered but we are just guessing at this point. I think you would be better to find a dealer that sells a less maintenance intense unit that has a service department that shows up when promised and keeps you informed of any repairs and parts order status, and can execute a repair in less than 5 weeks.....and counting. read more

We were looking for the right fit for our budget and for our house. Delivery was on time and professional. Luke the installer was detailed and fantastic to deal with. He too answered all of our questions and had some great insight regarding maintenance. Overall, we would recommend Arctic Home Living to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub. I hired this place to move my small hot tub. They sent out a cocky young kid that wouldn't listen to anything. He ended up damaging a small section of my room because he just had to do things his way. I called the store and got a cold apology and a lecture on how they can't be responsible for every 'little' thing that happens on a move. He considered it 'little' without even seeing the damage. I will never use them again. Their hot tubs are very expensive, compared to stores like Costco. read more
