It left with a broken cabinet and broken drawer. We filed a claim but they denied it saying "it was an old desk." What does that have to do with the fact that it was in great condition before and they damaged it during the move? If you have an old Porsche or Cadillac that you've been keeping in a week maintained state and someone drives it into a tree is it acceptable for them to say they don't think they should help fix it because it was old? This company didn't do the right thing by their customers.

The ripped a huge hole in the mattress, didn't pack our washer properly, packed a full oil drip can of used motor oil then placed it on its side causing it to drip all over the contents of that crate, ruined all of our fabric bins, and I can keep going. I had to make sure the company was notified of the damage to the mattress because is wasn't initially on the inventory sheet. While I had a great line of communication with Jordan, that immediately fell apart with the mounting damages when we received our household goods at the next location.
