Now the lid is cracking and the response was you are required to pay a fee AND agree to pay for the full repair or replacement cost before they will come out. There is zero reason why a lid cracks less a year out. Pictures were sent of the damage and since then zero contact again. And you cannot bring the lid in. They won't look at it. I should have just bought a used one. Never again will they have my business and I will be taking them to small claims if I don't get some form of reply from them. Awful customer service.

Spoke to the manager Terry I believe who seemed very unwilling to sell me a new cover because he was worried about the corners fitting 100% . Went home and measured the corners called terry back twice and have still yet to get a return call. The story is a lot longer and with more frustrating details but those are the highlights!

A few years ago a small sensor failed - they walked us through what to do on the phone and had a service person out the next day. On 10/12/15 I made contact with the owner of Alaska Spa Technology. I stated that my Jacuzzi Bath…read moretub jets was not working. I advised her that this was a warranty job and that before her employee did any work on the tub that the warranty department needed to be called, to make sure that any work was covered. Then to call me and let me know what if this work was under warranty. I provided the owner the warranty phone number and work order number. The repairman was scheduled to come out on the 13th at 1:00pm. I did not receive a call from anybody at AK Spa Technology before repairman came at the scheduled time. So at about 4:30 pm I called the owner to asked about the status of the tub. She stated that the repairman made a few adjustments to get the jets working and no major work was needed. The owner stated that the charge was $95.00 and she would call the warranty department to collect the payment. When the owner called the warranty department they denied the claim. The owner stated that I needed to pay the $95 service charge for the repairman coming out to look the tub. At NO time did the owner mention in are conversations that there was a $95 fee for the repairman t come out and look at the tub. If I the consumer knew about the $95 fee, I would have called other repair shops. I the consumer at no time authorized any work to be done. The owner threatened me if I didn't pay the fee she will send me the consumer to collections. So I paid the bill.

Selah was my therapist and I was delighted to see her, having had her before and she is by far the best therapist to ever work on this old lady. Cat we had not met before but my husband said she was straight up amazing, finding knots of tension and relieving aches and pains he didn't know he had on top of taking care of his problem spots. Both ladies were excellent at checking in on us often to make sure pressures were fine, we were comfortable, and so on. Another truly delightful and delicious experience.

I felt like I was floating in the space galaxy. After the float tank use I was so blissed in. I drove home much more calmer. I've used their acupuncture/cupping/fire cupping service with Kristen who I enjoyed building my rapport with. She's really personable and it was easy for me to like her as my practitioner. I've had several session with Dr. Maya as well to help me with some hip/neck issue. The front desk staff takes your temperature before you sign in and they sanitize the pens/high touch surface frequently. I've never had any issues with them that is inaccessible to my deafness. They have been so accommodating during my visits and in communicating re: emailing instead of calling. This review reminds me that it's time to reschedule with them!
