We needed to move a new refrigerator from our garage to the inside of our house through a narrow doorway. We asked for a quote through yelp and decided to go with Ajay from Archon Appliance due to a highly reasonable fee estimation and the right next day availability. Ajay gave a call ahead to let us know that he was on the way and ask to be excused for a few minutes delay. He arrived almost at the scheduled time though. After some initial measurements, he removed the refrigerator doors to bring it through the doorway. Then, he was even able to move this heavy refrigerator with no scratch at all by himself alone. I asked for a quote through Yelp and Ajay responded the same day. I needed to have a wall oven, gas cooktop and a hood installed which included some cabinet modifications. He sent me a quote and after I agreed, he was at home the very next day! Ajay was very professional. He quickly saw that I had ordered the wrong kind of hood, from the model number itself, so I could return it in a unopened box. He also showed me that the cooktop would need some tile cutting for which he quoted an additional fee. Then he got to work and completed the wall oven and cooktop pretty quick. He gave me some pointers about a boxed in dishwasher as well. The one thing I didn't like is that he didn't clean the counter grime from the old cooktop which showed after installing the new cooktop. We had a rather thorny issue that some of you may have experienced. We bought an appliance package, which included a slide-in range. The range was 30" wide (standard nowadays), but the cut-out that contained our old range was 29.5". Obviously, we needed to widen it by .5" to get the new range to fit. Ajay said he could do it, and do it he did - expertly. We could not be happier with Ajay, his work, and his work ethic. As he was working on widening the oven space (NOT a simple job), the microwave and dishwasher were delivered. I called several people to instal Bidet. I talked to Ajay and he told me that he will charge 90 dollars. He came in time and finished the job but he took only 75 dollars honestly as a courtesy.
